The bathrooms and the floors could have been cleaner. Spots were in the shower. The smell of the >room was like an old clorox mop that had been sitting for a while and the mop needed to be cleaned before using.

It was close to where I needed to be. Staff was friendly.

The hotel premises were poorly maintained. Smoking smell in rooms, lifts and every where. So many cigarette buds all over the places including swimming pool. None was available in the night to do any complaint. Very old rusted equipment's.

When I first booked it I was supposed to of stayed at the compass cove by indigo but when I got there I found out that they have split and I ended up at the box that did not have what I payed for and I asked could I get reimburse cause the box was 200 dollars cheaper and I was told no...and there was no wifi on the ninth floor and i was told everyday that they where working on it bad business...but I was able to lay my head down.

Pool and spa were closed. When booking the room, it stated that this was a part of Compass Cove and it is not. There were no coupon books or any Myrtle Beach brochures in the lobby. Coffee pot in the room still had some type of liquid from a previous stay. No cups in the room.

One elevator was down Our floor had water spilled on it so we cleaned it up with one of their white towels and the towel was black (like the floor hadn't been mopped) after we cleaned up the spill We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed. There was no warning of that when we booked. We could see other guests at nearby hotels enjoying their pools and my kids were so disappointed. They wanted to swim at night.

They overcharge they don’t service breakfast. It looked like a old dump that needs to be tore down and total remodel.

It needs to be totally renovated starting with the front office because it smells just like mold when you walk in the hotel is not even set up like a hotel and then they overcharge

The pools were dirty and not usable. Phone did not work and the wall lamp wasn't working. I was awaken both nights of my stay to fireworks (I think) at very close range.

No breakfast. Not even a vending machine or ice. The room overall was clean. Enjoyed the ocean view from my room which was the highlight of my stay.
