The parking is first come first serve and they don’t tell you that! The room we had was next to the trash and you can hear the trash pick up at 8am every morning! The halls were super hot! They don’t have a great selection in their snack space. If you ever need front desk DON’t call they won’t answer! You have to go downstairs to ask your question.

The rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

The balcony was small,just enough to stand on for one person. I thought it would be bigger to sit, drink ur wine and watch the river walk. There was a large toe nail on the carpet. When I searched for hotels my criteria was free breakfast, a cup of coffee would have cost us $4!! Two night stay parking was $110! The pool is small, no hot tub.

One of the beds had a huge dip in it, mattresses definitely need to be replaced. You ended up rolling straight to the middle with the dip.

Hotel was decent and clean. Good for the price point. Rooms are also pretty spacious. It is at the end of the river walk, I would go street level then find a other entrance to the riverwalk.

The lighting in the room and bathroom were really poor. The view was terrible- we faced a building and alley with the garbage can. (I know someone has to go there, but I requested a room next to my sister, and there was an open room and they gave it to our traveling companions who came later than us) Also, our bathroom smelled like bleach to the point of almost changing rooms, then it smelled like urine.

The room was large, good closet and plenty of hangers, nice outdoor space. The workout room was well equipped.

It was far from everything! Couldn’t even find a decent restaurant nearby. While it made for a peaceful stay, we missed out on all the decorations. Plus, many homeless people camped out along the Riverwalk.

The shower didn’t drain all the way. Standing water. The river walk view didn’t have a view or the river. And drawer to the bedside table won’t close.

We booked 2 nights for a room with balcony and first night the balcony was a tiny 2/3 foot bump out a chair wouldn't fit in, so I complained and they gave us a room with a real balcony the second night.

Breakfast and location was great, rooms second night was great.

The service at night in the restaurant was not good. They had trouble with another customer in the restaurant complaining about her hamburger. They brought her 3 different hamburgers but still she wasn't satisfied. So they totally forgot about our drinks and our food. There was only 3 customers in the restaurant. They finally brought our food about an hour later and drinks. The food was good when they brought it. The server was very apologetic too us and he just kept saying not sure what's going on in the kitchen. They did pay for our dinner. We left the server a tip because it wasn't his fault it was the kitchen.

The room was nice and clean. Quiet atmosphere and clean. Breakfast staff was great also very fast the breakfast was great enjoyed.

We loved the location as we where here for our sons karate competition at the convention center. (FYI Parking sucks in this town walk or call an Uber) The hotel was very clean and the staff was great the kids even befriend the valets lol. The pool & patio were lovely, our room was nice an comfortable with only a minor hiccup with the shower in our first room but we were immediately swithced to a new room. The restaurant in the hotel had good food BUT the prices were outrageous like it cost us $100 just for breakfast for a family of 5 needless to say we only ate there once ! The bar was a nice touch but also a little expensive. There is a lot of great places to eat that are close by and way cheaper: Burger boy and the pizza from the HEB Market were both really good. Also it was not advertised on the site we booked through so I'm saying it now. **You will need a physical card at check in for a incident fee of $110 that is refunded after check out, They will not charge it to the card you booked online with. So with all that being said we loved our stay and will stay again whenever we come back to San Antonio.

Too far from shopping and dining section of the Riverwalk, beds were old with huge body divots in both beds, room was not decorated, just a gray box. opened the curtain and our view was a white wall, parking was way too pricey, no free breakfast, felt like a very clean but cheap hotel. very disappointing. glad it was only one night. Horribly overpriced ($250+ for one night w/parking. Right on the Riverwalk but too dangerous IMO to walk that far at night.
