Parking was horrible. I misunderstood and thought parking was free and easy to access. It is not free and was full when I arrived so I had to wait a half hour to get in.

I liked the location and the staff were nice at the front desk.

The bed was hard and too low. The lighting in the room was not great—- no lamps on both sides of the bed. The shower felt a little slippery.

The location was good. The facilities and housekeeping were great. You could always get food.

My linen had stains towards to foot area. I only stayed one night, so I didn’t do a thorough check.

The property is in a great idea. You can walk and find lots of restaurants. I walked to Zona Rosa for dinner and also Guesthouse for drinks.

Maybe a small table on each side of the beds (we had a room with 2 double beds) would be better than just one in the middle, and a more practical coffee machine but these are minor issues.

My friend and I heard lots of awful stories about hotels with bedbugs in NY so we took some time to book our hotel. We took the chance with this one and we made an excellent choice. The room, bed and even on the high shelves were absolutely spotless clean! The water pressure was good and the room on the 7th floor was quiet (only some light noise from the works on the street but nothing major, we could sleep well), as we didn't need the fridge and A/C we turned them off so no noises at all. Staff is very friendly and helpful, location just a few steps from 2 metro lines. Excellent!

The rooms are not well insulated and we could hear everything going on next-door and in the hall- our our neighbors were extremely noisy. Waking us up when they came in at 4 AM. I also think free bottles of the water in the room would be a nice touch

No ice machine around, had to call every time we needed ice. The small fridge is not cold enough to keep wine cold. In terms of personnel, I had to call for the coffee refill on our second and sugar was not provided. The girl at the reception on Saturday morning left me on hold for over 5 minutes and never came back.

The location and the city view, where the empire state was the center of attention.

Small quibbles, the touch sensitive lamps by the beds didn't always work. Cleaners tidy up and make beds every day but only change the bedding every 5 days, would have appreciated more of a clean before that. In that respect the service was a bit basic, but the rooms themselves were good value for money.

Really central, right by the subway and a few stops away from Manhatten. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. Staff were on hand whenever needed and the rooms were comfy and spacious. Excellent sound proofing for a hotel of that size.

Very clean and cool place in the heart of Williamsburg. Tidy room and very comfortable bed, good anti-noise windows. Very friendly staff, I would definitely come back.

Bed was very hard and somewhat uncomfortable. Little things like stains on the marbletop in the room and cracked mirror by the elevator show that it needs fussier upkeep to justify the rates.

The hotel is very nice, has an excellent bar, was clean and everyone was very friendly.

Gym could be a bit better equipped with more "modern" equipment. Tend to share it with Apartment dwellers and personal trainers which is a bit offputting. Desk staff while very helpful can be a bit overwhelmed when a group shows up. Price has risen to very high levels.

Great location, large room with very comfortable bed. Good wifi but it did go down for 24 hours which was a bit of a challenge. Very very clean with excellent maid service.
