The kitchen is just like the photos, very small. No real prep space for cooking and no cook/prep utensils. I do like to cook a few meals in and was able to work creatively but would bring my own knives and utensils next time. It would not keep me from booking this condo again, would just be better prepared.

We loved the location. We did not have ocean/inlet front but just being in the condo complex was a treat worth paying for. We did have amazing sunsets and plenty of privacy. If you want peace and quiet, it is here. Convenient to amazing beach and inlet. Tide being out is it's own special occasion, beach for days.

It is not disclosed that you have to go 20 minutes away to pick up an access keycard and that same card has to be back by 10am checkout. Where normally we would checkout and stay in the area to do other things but had to leave early. It is NOT a fully equipped kitchen. There was one steak knife, no actual knives, no place to prep anything unless you used the kitchen table. There is no dishwasher which is kind of gross that you trust the people prior to properly sanitize the dishes. The keypad to get in and out of the room does not work properly and we got locked out in the rain because of it. The pictures make it seem like it’s bigger than it is. The bunk beds are in a hallway through to the bedroom with no way to shut a door so that is difficult to get kids to sleep. Adding a curtain at minimum would be helpful. The beds are very firm and uncomfortable. It was decorated nicely, but I didn’t find it to be very functional. Much better suited for a couple who enjoys going out to eat vs a family who likes to cook dinners.

The location is really nice being right on the tip next to the jetty. Easily walkable to the beach.
