The breakfast sitting was very busy. There were lots of people at the time that we went. Not really a problem just a little crowded and hard to find a table to sit down.

Every thing was very good. No problems or issues, just a nice clean room that was very comfortable.

I had to wait for more than an hour for the shuttle in the airport, but probably was my problem to not communicate well in English and a very noisy outside airport location. Suggestion: take direct phone number (not hotel, that has a # option for it) and then use Whatsapp.

Breakfast was good (not very good). It is a good american breakfast with waffle, some fruit, juice, eggs/meat but there isn´t ram or cheese (there is creemchesse). Facilities are very good at general. Staff is very friendly (but I couldn´t get good detailed information about Six Flas tickets - that is walk distance from the hotel). Bathrrom is good (don´t forget to ask for more soap ou shampoo that is complementary), bedroom is clean and good size (but that isn´t any shelves).

It was kind of smelly in certain spots. The beds are like sleeping on bricks and the shower literally blasts you like a power washer

Bar tender was amazing! But he needs help. He was the one cooking, serving the food at the restaurant and making the drinks! It took me for ever to get a drink 🍸.

The room sheets were not as clean when I inspected them and the bathroom Also had hair on the floor and towels And pillow cases.. I requested fresh clean towels and covers and they cleaned the bathroom and replaced the sheets I appreciated that. The breakfast however was disgusting the Eggs tasted like plastic and sausages were not good at all only the waffles were good

Water pressure in shower was a bit low .

We chose this hotel due to the location Very close to DFW , about 30 min from Art district and you could walk across the street and go into Six Flags. Hotel was cute , clean and seemed like a new build . The breakfast included was a bonus and saved us money .

I feel the grill could have been open a little later rather than closing at 7pm. There are many arrivals at around that time and people tend to want to eat right away.

The front desk person spoke to quiet and was not able to hear them, we specifically asked for them to charge a different credit card number and did not charge the correct card. Now I am having to call and ask for a refund and it is hard to get ahold of anyone. Booking and the Quinta hotel, so aggravating!!!

It was close to AT&T Stadium and had its own shuttle service to and From the stadium.

The room was really clean when we arrived. We loved the breakfast! Everything offered was great. We also enjoyed eating dinner from the restaurant/bar that's located inside the hotel! One thing we enjoyed was that the hotel was right across the street from Six Flags and we were able to walk over there to explore and have fun. However, the main reason we stayed here is because me, my husband, and some of our friends had tickets for the Cowboys game and I'm glad we booked here because the hotel's location was perfect!! It's only a couple of miles from the Cowboys & Rangers stadium, bars, and other awesome attractions, but even better, the hotel provides bus transportation for guests to and from the game, so we never had to worry about driving or paying for an Uber :) I will be booking here again when we go to another game!

The bar closed to early and there where signs that state alcohol was available till 2am and that was incorrect. Signage should be taken down. And not enough staff in the bar.

I was a bit disappointed about having to pay $5 per person for the shuttle to AT&T for the high school football games. We only took it once and I was really disappointed that we had to walk .9 of a mile to be picked up afterwards. Found out later that it was only supposed to be that way for Cowboy games. But by that time we just drove our vehicle to the games. It should have been better communicated about the dropoff and pickup process.

The room was large and the beds were comfy. The water pressure was excellent. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed talking with all the football fans staying there.

Although the room was not filthy. It was not the cleanest. The coffee machine had residue in it. It needed to be cleaned properly. There was long hair strings in the shower and all over the bathroom floor. I watched the front desk reps make point to welcome other guest....but did not welcome my boyfriend and myself. This happened several times during the stay. The beds were very small. It did not feel like two queen size beds. It felt like two full size beds. So disappointing to me. The staff needs some additional customer service training. Little things matter. The good mornings.... please your enjoy your stay..... Phrases like that make people feel that you appreciate their business. We will probably never return.
