You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was over - a bit surprised -didn’t see where hours were posted and we went to it at 9:30 but already closed down. Liked our room - bed was comfortable and clean.

United States of AmericaI didn't know about the $50 extra hold but it didnt ruin the experience just something to be mindful of at check in.
Great customer service upon arrival. The woman at the desk was kind and understanding and the airport shuttle driver was quick and efficient both to and from the airport. The room was nice, beds were clean and comfortable we only stayed 6 hours due to a layover and just wanting a few hours of good sleep but I would definitely book again for a longer stay.

AustraliaAt breakfast we were disappointed that all the cutlery and cups were plastic and the plates and bowls were all Styrofoam. In this day and age of trying to be environmentally friendly that demonstrated a lack of responsibility.
La Quinta was close to DFW and the shuttle bus was sooo handy. Sorry to the shuttle driver for not having $US for a tip. You deserved one. Room was huge. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The texas size waffles for breakfast were awesome.

United States of AmericaThe elevator was too far from the lobby. I could not figure out how to use the phone in the room to reach the front desk. The rooms are still a bit stark and can use more decorative accents such as sofa pillows, rugs and paintings on the walls.
The location was very close to the airport. Staff were very helpful. The recent upgrades and renovations to property allow for a combination of refreshing and contemporary feel. The option to have room service by ordering from nearby restaurants was a nice added convenience.
