Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Soft pillows
The lady that worked the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel was clean, All of the staff were friendly had a great breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, the hotel uses disposable tableware. On cool weather conditions, the breakfast area is a little too small, while you can sit outside on warm weather conditions. Furthermore, please note that it's a pet friendly hotel, so there are some guest dogs in the facility, which scared our son.
Public beach access is a 4 minute walk away, hotel pool is really nice. Breakfast experience was good (selection and quality of food)

The hotel is definitely not pretty inside or out. There are scuffs on the walls down the hall, the wood on the bedframe is chipped..BUT it was clean, there is a laundry room for guests, and overall it was a nice place to stay.

Beds felt a bit "worn." Not bad, comfortable & clean, but a "bed-lift" could be in order
Room was nice, beds were clean, but maybe time for new beds. The body soap dispenser was empty, but I always bring my own soap so no big deal, unless you don't bring your own soap. Didn't make breakfast. Pool was particularity nice - sound of fountain was relaxing

There was no Holy Bible in a drawer available to do daily readings.
Loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Loved that there were so many things to do right across the street and within 1 mile. Great places right outside the hotel to eat, to play golf, shop and Jet Ski,

Breakfast was the same everyday. Staff in the late evening was missing from the front desk and when I found her she was eating off to the side and didn’t bother to ask me what I needed or acknowledge me. I waited for 6 minutes at the desk for someone and tried to call as she watched. I returned 2 hrs later to find it was the person that ignored me from the first time I went down.
Walking distance to the beach and food.

The website said it was 400’ from beach. The assumption was it was on the beach. However you had to walk a block down to even get access to the beach. False advertising!

What I like about the property was it was very nice and clean. I like that it was located in the middle of everything regarding stores , restaurants , and activities for my kids.

The Elevators were Not cleaned the entire time we were there. However, the grounds were clean, for the most part. The places were you walked your pet and disposed of their waste, wasn’t emptied…the entire time. It was full and over flowing. (Note)Some people, did Not pick up after their pets! Sad. Very Sad! Pet owners should be responsible for the pets, waste…if they want to bring them! May seems bit demeaning at times, however, they are their responsibility, Not the hotels! Thank you (hotel) for Providing, the waste disposal instruments needed, to help keep the grounds clean & free of waste. My Pet, Loved her stay. We will come again! TY.

Carpet, windows and other are need to be replaced or deep clean. AC was not working but the assistant manager had or repaired the next day

When it was the next night we needed new towels to bath with and we had to wait for the next morning the bath due to them not having any clean. Very uncomfortable

It's not beachfront, which it didn't say it was. We requested a suite room and it was absolutely wonderful with having the grandchildern with us. They had plenty of room to play while inside and we didn't feel cramped at all. We loved it.

The bathroom in the room we were in was a bit outdated and unkept. Definitely needs a revamp sometime soon. Also the staff at the front desk could be more inviting in their attitude.
The continental breakfast was good. There were a decent amount of food and drink options. The pool was also very nice. The walk to the beach was very close as well which made it convenient to not take the car.
