Have stayed here over the years as it is close to the Shasta Speedway. It has been remodeled, and is better than it was before. We will stay here again. It’s no frills, but clean.

Outdated rooms, the TV didn't work, and breakfast ended at 9am sharp. Staff wouldn't even let some children that came in at 9:05 to eat breakfast, even though there was food available.

We booked a two queen got there got one bed and a roll away bed charged the same as two queens it was really loud even when everyone was quiet. A little outdated.

Door chain broken. Only one deadbolt lock on door. Next door guests came to their room at 2 am and very loud. Homeless appearing woman doing laundry at guest facilities (why!?) Breakfast was lukewarm coffee, wheat bread, dry scrambled eggs and sausage and 2 types of cereal with Trix yogurt. Pancake maker was tasty. Would have preferred eating next door at fast food instead. Curtains didn't close fully and right next to cars and their headlights being parked.

Price, cleanliness, cute microwave and matching fridge in the room. Staff friendly.

Staff were great. Breakfast was hot. Get there early for more options. Room was clean. Had a few maintenance issues but nothing that needed immediate response. Beds are pretty firm (I'm used to memory foam)

The room smelled like smoke and getting towels was a joke! The shower could use some work, you have to get in to turn the water on and it is cold, and it could use a shelve in the shower. Room never cleaned.

Not reflective of the hotel itself as out of their control but guests were verbally fighting in the middle of the night outside in the parking lot in front of our room which continued on into the hotel near our room. This caused for a terrible sleep and uneasy feeling.

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly.

My room was not very clean and it took three hours to fill hot tub in my room and there were ants all over my room I could not even leave my drink next to the bed.and the bed was very uncomfortable 😖

Elevator didn't work, and looked like remodeling was going on so parking lot was busy and lots of trash. Overall, good price and value.

I booked a king studio suite, and it looked nothing like the photos. The shower floor in my bathroom looked dingy. There was no dresser. The hallway stunk like stale cigarettes and marijuana. The remote for the TV in the Jacuzzi tub did not work. 

The indoor pool area was exactly like the photos. It was beautiful.

If TV would have worked. Fan in the Bathroom. Walls are a little to thin, you can hear everything, in other rooms and the hallway.

It seems like rennovation is in process, but the stairwell area was filthy and had a terrible odor. It looked like it hadn't been vaccumed in weeks. The room was good, but there was no bar to hang clothes on in what looked to be a small closet, no chair at the desk, no ice bucket or kleenex. Loud personal conversations by the staff in the room behind the front desk could be heard while having the continental breakfast.

Check in was great, room was comfortable and clesn, good price.
