Changing breakfast hours to end at 9 am instead of 10 am was a bummer. Our bathroom had no hooks of any kind to hang our towels/rags. Even the toilet paper was just on a shelf. No Kleenex. Our sink was barely more than a trickle but the shower was good. We had to ask the front desk for hangers for the closet as there weren't any - we were given a mismatch of old plastic hangers. When our room wasn't serviced it was fine but when I went to the front desk and requested fresh towels I was asked to go back to my room and bring the used towels down first.

Breakfast was limited but fine. Front desk personnel were friendly. Location was good for attending events nearby. Location was good for being able to walk to quick fast food/gas station.

The inside was pretty run down. There where nail holes and gaps in the walls. It wasn't exactly clean and there were stains on the sheets. It could be a beautiful place if it were better taken care of and cleaner.

The location was great. It was easy to get in and out of. The staff was friendly and courteous. The brick building was beautiful on the outside.

The main issue was that the dead bolt on the door did not line up with the latch plate , there was no way to securely lock the door . The chair had a nasty stain that should have been cleaned . The toilet paper holder was off the wall . The windows are filthy . No facial tissue , no ice bucket but the ice machine didn't work anyway . Our room number was not listed on the direction sign . The snack machine is broken , some items are sold at the front desk . Soda machine broken , some being sold at the desk ,at room temp. Only a very few items for breakfast . Will not return

The beds and pillows were very nice , and very comfy . The location is quite convenient.

An awful smell in the hallways, room smelled of cigarette smoke. The elevator was creepy, the room door lock looked like someone chiseled at it and wouldn't close or lock properly. For the $64.00, it could of been more presentable and safe. I have stayed in cheap clean respectable hotels, but blisspoint was not any of those. Cheap and run down and disgusting

There was almost nothing for breakfast. When we came through there at different times 4 mornings, there was a pancake machine and some Fruit Loops and Corn Flakes. We didn't find any yogurts, packs of hot cereal, fruit, muffins, eggs, juices or hardly anything you would hope they would have available for breakfast.

Unfortunately not a lot. The room smelled terrible, but seemed to be clean. When we laid on the bed we could feel the springs in the mattress, but somehow we slept OK.

The room was OK. Do not plan on using the pool, unless you want to take an Arctic plunge. Breakfast was barely mediocre. Only offered tasteless pancakes made by a machine, and 2 cereals. The orange juice was just watered down TANG. On the website it says that they offer HBO, but it all depends on what side of the building your room is on, and what the weather is like.

The free breakfast was not in a ready state when we got down to eat. Had to ask for coffee to be made and there was not much fruit around. 3 slices of bread were out. I don't expect much from a free breakfast but I do expect more than I got.

We had to have our room key reprogramed several times to keep it working. There were no towel racks in the bathroom or elsewhere in the room. No TP holder. There was no bar in what should have been a closet so no place to. hang up clothes. Little things but altogether made a negative impression on me. Also a door on the stand below the tv was off its hinges. (I should have told the desk but forgot to let them know that.) The breakfast room chairs were all up on tables so it didn't feel inviting. It could have been a better place with attention to small details.

The room seemed to be clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was so-so. It had a pancake machine but it needed to be cleaned and didn't seem to work quite right.

The outside of the hotel had old mattresses piled up. Looked really run down. Had guests smoking Mary Jane in the parking lot. Not the crowd I want to be around.

We had to change rooms because our first room was dirty and smelly. The pool was arctic cold. We couldn't truly enjoy it. It also had a few bugs floating in it.

The staff was friendly and prompt. Although we didn't require a lot, whatever we asked for we got without any issues. Check in and check out was easy.

Pancakes were good. Not much else. Cereal, bread for toast. Some yogurt. Average. Was a little leary of the place but it was actually very clean. Had new carpet and fresh paint. Pool was open but water was even too cold for the grandkids

The rooms were not clean, there was not toilet paper or towels in the bathrooms, we came back to room to find floor covered in water from the fridge defrosting while it was still plugged in. The tub bottom looked like it had rusted.
