Hotels needs to have some much needed renovations, The stair case seems unstable and the front lobby was not open for comfort or use, there were a lot of unknown boxes blocking the lobby. The front desk staff was not pleasant

the room was not clean and I heard from other guests the same issue, understaffed, bugs in the room, the comforter cover was dirty, and the fridge made noise that kept us up

That the price was outrageous and I only booked this place cuz it said it had Continental breakfast as they advertised even the nasty scary Days inn on14 has breakfast . If u no longer serve it then u should not advertise u do also the price should come down as well to average priced hotels with no breakfast ur promising something u don't even have to get people to pay high price that illegal js

Falls advertising, property did not offer breakfast even though it says on their website, floor of the room were super dirty ,washroom wasn't clean, built up of mold looking stuff around the bathtub, on my second day saw a small roach crawling in the washroom area.

The room needs updating, the chair in my room was dirty the bath tub was horrible needs deglazing bad the ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work. I was bit by something hopefully not a bed bug.

The off putting smell and the bugs. We had 2 hand towels that had dead bugs on them and infestation of ants. A bad smell when you enter the hotel, elevator bad smell and dirty. The hallway had a bad smell. The blanket on top of the bed had holes in it.

Do think there could have been some better cleaning practices. The bathroom faucet was half clean, the hot water maker had coffee put through it, and it seemed Iike vacuuming (in any area of the hotel) isn’t a major priority.

Nothing everything was dirty run down or broken the web offered continental breakfast but we never got it the pool was dirty the hot tub didn't work it was a bad stay all around

There was no breakfast and no pool at this location which was disappointing since those 2 amenities where the reason I even booked here. It was fairly clean. Facilities were outdated but they are in the process of remodeling which is appreciated. Staff were friendly. Not a bad place to stay but would have been nice to have a pool and breakfast since they were advertised.

The cleanliness of the hotel. The carpeting was very dirty in the hallway as well as in the room. There was also mold in the bathroom. The desk and nightstands next to the bed looked like they have not been cleaned, the tops were dirty.

The first room was gross, stains on bed and toilet paper roll, crumbs everywhere, just gross. He let us have another room, was better in cleanliness but smelled like cigarettes.

The guy at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating!! Fantastic customer service, he deserves a raise!

Lobby and grounds were clean but the rooms need TLC. My sheets had been washed but had blood stains on them. Shower was dirt and scratched up, the toilet seat was very loose.
