United States of AmericaThere don't seem to be any elevators to the top floor rooms, so walking up the stairs was a necessity, which was a bit difficult with our luggage.
Everything was quiet, comfortable, and working properly. The decor is lovely, the building is modern, and the front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful.

United States of AmericaI was there with family and had an issue with one employee, a maintenance man (name unknown) who came to my sister's room well after hours (10:15 p.m. on 3-31-22) looking for a misplaced phone. He was quite rude, unprofessional and ultimately ended up making the ridiculous claim of hearing it in my sister's 8 year old grandson's backpack. The Navajo police were called (and unsurprisingly never arrived), the front desk wasnotified and did nothing, and my sister went to see the manager, who was located several miles east of our location. Had we not been shocked from such an experience while mourning the loss of our Mother, who we were there to lay to rest, we would have taken legal action, and still may.
Considering the COVID related limitations, it was sufficient for me, but I should note that I usually don't have breakfast during my stay at hotels. I also want to commend the housekeeping staff on an exceptional job! I did not get the attendant's name, but she was very friendly and by dar exceeded my expectations - she should be recognized and commended for doing an excellent job!!

United States of AmericaRented two rooms, called the day before asking for a handicap accessible room and to put both room close to each other. Checked in and front desk clerk was very unwelcoming and the rooms were no where close to each other. Asked staff to try and put rooms near each other. Keys didn’t work to the rooms, tv didn’t work in one room, lamp broke off the wall when trying to turn it on. Food was left in the fridge from previous guest. Was told check in is at 3pm, we checked in close to 6pm and the room we were given wasn’t even ready. Housekeeping was still cleaning the room by 530p and we finally got into our room by 6p. Asking staff to place rooms close by each other, reactive the room key because it wasn’t active the first time, and told her about the light issue seemed like it was an inconvenience to her.
