You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, lots of variety: fresh fruit, make your own waffles, yogurt parfaits, cereal, sausage. TVOnly issue were the eggs which tasted like they might be powdered or reconstituted.

Staff (Mary) was warm and welcoming, as was Christina, as well as bartender Matt and the rest of the staff who exemplified what hospitality should be, yet seems harder to find today. Decor, smells and overall space were a very comfortable environment. Breakfast, in room snacks were excellent. I will return!

United States of AmericaIt was a great stay. Should I try hard to find a point to improve, I would say that the air was dry in the room, which is a seasonal indoor issue in many places.
The breakfast was delicious. With a great variety, portion sensitive approach which reduces waste. A very nice balance between modern style and country chic. The hotel is very quiet, the parking lot was quite full but we never heard excessive noise or felt any kind of overcrowding.

United States of AmericaThe phone in her room (508) did not work properly. She was unable to receive calls. Jerry, from your staff, came and determined that the phone was not connected properly at the “box/closet” (my words not Jerry’s). The phone support people for the Christmas holiday and couldn’t come to fix it immediately. All turned out well because my mother has a cell phone and I was able to reach her when I needed to.
I’m writing on behalf of my almost 97 year old mother who stayed at the Inn for 3 nights. She said: “This is the fanciest place I’ve ever stayed.”
