We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere may be a better purpose for rooms on the ground floor. My room was conveniently 105, right next to the bar and an outside exit. I was glad it was a slow night because I could have joined in the conversation with the handful of people at the bar. If I make a return trip, I'll request the second or third floor. I'd rather deal with stairs than deal with noise.
This was a charming property with a very friendly staff. The restaurant was closed because it was only open from Thursday to Sunday, so I ate dinner in the bar. Not only was the bartender friendly and attentive but the food I ordered was hands-down the best I've had in my travels for quite some time. I couldn't believe the place wasn't packed. I had the pear and arugula pizza, couldn't finish, and saved it for breakfast the next morning, still amazing. The room was charming. I'd checked in around 7:30 PM and had to leave the next morning at 5:00 AM. Slept well in a comfortable and clean room.

United States of AmericaThe bar was a bit dark and drab with TVs everywhere, but its summer and there were very few guests. The only real problem I had was with the coffee in the Inn....very bitter.
The room was plain but exceedingly comfortable with a comfy bed and refrigerator, lovely jetted tub and broad shower head. Mis Ella's breakfast was excellent, all fresh food. Walking the campus was terrific, well kept and lots of walks, interesting buildings. And it's a very short walk to town. Good Thai restaurant is a short drive.

I liked the historic feel "old world - classic style" especially after learning more about the history of the place. The bed very comfortable, good TV (which anyone can operate - I hate these new TV gizmos) great location, and wonderful tub/bathroom.
