You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThis was roughly our twentieth trip to Gettysburg, and once we discovered this hotel, we've never stayed anywhere else. We love it that much! However, this was by far the most expensive this hotel has ever been. I understand raising rates for peak tourist season, but the same room I can usually get in February for $125.00 cost us $335.00 in May. Just seems like an extreme difference.
Location of this hotel is perfect. Everything we enjoy doing in Gettysburg is within walking distance. Free breakfast selection is perfect for us as well. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The gentleman who checked me in was so helpful. I’m visually impaired and he was very patient. The room was a great size and very comfy. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The hotel is a ten minute drive from the Gettysburg park visitor center and is conveniently located in twin bear food and shops.

United States of AmericaI wish my building had an elevator in it, but the balcony was worth the view of the front street. Perhaps the building was a bit older and one was not available in it for that reason. But the stairs worked fine.
We came to Gettysburg because it is a nice town, and wanted to see some of the new attractions that arrived since our last visit a couple of years ago.

United States of AmericaAn elevator would have been a great help. We were on the 2nd floor which is where we wanted to be, but hauling our luggage up the stairs was a little tricky since we both walk with canes. I'm sure we could've asked for another room, but we made due.
The location was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to visit. The room was perfection -- nothing fancy, but it was clean and included a microwave, coffeemaker, and a mini-fridge/freezer. Everything was very efficient. The room even included a full-sized ironing board and iron. Wonderful bedding! My husband and I slept like babies.
