We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe was rust on the towel rack. A guest had a dog that barked till 11 pm and bark again at 5 AM and barked non stop at 7 AM. I'm not against dogs in a hotel but other guest should not be able to hear the dogs in their rooms. There should also be a bell at the front desk if no one is there.
Very nice room with friendly staff. The breakfast was a nice surprise.

Large comfortable rooms, quite, clean, with excellent house keeping staff and management! Prime location, close to everything.

United States of AmericaThe TV was too small. The bathroom sink, though a lovely iridescent blue color, is a bit awkward. It's like a big blue rectangular bowl on the vanity top with a large square faucet hanging over it. It is awkward just to wash your face with the faucet in the way. The floor of the room was very dirty. When I stepped into the shower, it looked like mud washing from the bottoms of my feet. Clean the floors! I will bring cheap flip-flops next time. Finally, a large drywall patch in the ceiling was obviously done by an amateur. It looked bad. It looks like the hotel owner didn't want to spend the money to hire a professional to make the repair. It makes a bad impression on the overall quality of the hotel.
The standard low quality hotel breakfast was offered. I did not partake. IHOP wasn't much better, though. The room (King) was roomy and comfortable with a nice view out the window. The Wi-Fi service in my room was good, and the TV service had the Tennis Channel. Yay! (I play tennis.) Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with a couple of caveats.

United States of AmericaThe walls were just a little bit thin. We didn't hear any noise if there was anyone in the rooms beside us, but we could definitely hear people in the hallway if they were being loud. No complaints otherwise though!
The room was very spacious and the bathroom was very nice too! There was a fridge and a coffee maker that we could use. Bathroom wise, the water pressure was great and they had some shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for us to use.

United States of AmericaMy problems were with the room set-up / design. Although very clean and comfortable, I felt that the set-up was impractical. The floors are wood laminate, so I could hear the people above me walking around when I was trying to sleep. Carpet is quieter. The bathroom has no towel racks next to the sink area, so I had to either bring my towel over from the one towel rack by the shower or walk to where it was, getting water on the floor. The sink's bowl design, which I know is in style, is not practical. It's too high and I had to stand on tip toes to wash my face and brush my teeth. And, there is only one towel rack in the whole bathroom. I realize all this stuff in currently in style, but it just isn't practical.
The staff was excellent! Super friendly and attentive to needs.

United States of AmericaThe first room was bad the cold water didnt work was only hot water. The jets on the spa tub didnt work and the lights in the room were awkwardly spaced. But the staff did switch rooms so it was worth it in the end.
Nice staff big room for king suite. When i had an issue with the first room they moved me rooms to where everything functioned as it should.
