Bed was okay, would have been more comfortable but there was a dip in the middle like it’s been used for quite some time. Not sure if we just had very loud neighbors or if the walls are a little thin?

Our room was more updated than the room in the pictures! I’m not sure if that’s true of every room but it was a pleasant surprise. Simple breakfast offered in the morning that was perfect for us. Overall very nice visit and would stay again!

The general vibe of the lobby area and the hallways, elevator area suggests the need for a new coat of paint. There was a large round window in the bathroom with no window cover, it was a little too large for a bathroom, especially without any covering.

The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the set up of the room was good.

The lobby area was dated and a little dirtier and more dated than anywhere else in the building. The parking lot could be spruced up too.

Room was much more comfortable than I expected. I found the grounds and views to be perfectly relaxing and peaceful. I was seeking some serenity , so it fit my needs very well!

The was rust on the towel rack. A guest had a dog that barked till 11 pm and bark again at 5 AM and barked non stop at 7 AM. I'm not against dogs in a hotel but other guest should not be able to hear the dogs in their rooms. There should also be a bell at the front desk if no one is there.

The rooms are updated and very nice. Showers are hot and beds are comfortable. They have an excellent breakfast. All the staff have been excellent. It's close to Greensburg and Latrobe.

Too many parking lots burned out, parking lot a zoo on weekends,no signs on US Route 30 or any roads giving directions to hotel, rooms need updated, outside of hotel starting to look very run down.

The TV was too small. The bathroom sink, though a lovely iridescent blue color, is a bit awkward. It's like a big blue rectangular bowl on the vanity top with a large square faucet hanging over it. It is awkward just to wash your face with the faucet in the way. The floor of the room was very dirty. When I stepped into the shower, it looked like mud washing from the bottoms of my feet. Clean the floors! I will bring cheap flip-flops next time. Finally, a large drywall patch in the ceiling was obviously done by an amateur. It looked bad. It looks like the hotel owner didn't want to spend the money to hire a professional to make the repair. It makes a bad impression on the overall quality of the hotel.

The standard low quality hotel breakfast was offered. I did not partake. IHOP wasn't much better, though. The room (King) was roomy and comfortable with a nice view out the window. The Wi-Fi service in my room was good, and the TV service had the Tennis Channel. Yay! (I play tennis.) Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with a couple of caveats.

The walls were just a little bit thin. We didn't hear any noise if there was anyone in the rooms beside us, but we could definitely hear people in the hallway if they were being loud. No complaints otherwise though!

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was very nice too! There was a fridge and a coffee maker that we could use. Bathroom wise, the water pressure was great and they had some shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for us to use.

A toilet wasn't working when we got there. That was kind of an inconvenience.

The staff is very friendly. Is very clean. Quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. They had special areas for our dog.
