Unfortunately our room was situated so that we didn’t really have much of a view of Morro Bay and the rock, but we did have some water view. It seemed a little pricey under the circumstances, but we wanted to splurge on ourselves. The room itself was spacious and lovely, and we felt quite at ease there.

This is a new property and it is in wonderful shape with lovely interior decorating and interesting outside deck spaces that include gas fireplaces. It was quite convenient to have the restaurant downstairs which has a lovely view of the bay. We were presented with choices of a bottle of wine at check-in, which we greatly appreciated. The check-in staff were very accommodating and cheerful.

Such a beautiful place! Very peaceful, beautiful, with a nice service. Would definitely love to go back one day. Walkable distance from the Morro Rock, shops and restaurants. Have a nice rooftop, specious and clean room. Got couple nice free treats as well as a nice surprise.

The front desk was not very knowledgeable about the difficult parking situation which came about due to the boat parade that day. The room was a bit expensive. The room could have used a simpler hot water system for coffee and tea.

The location was central, close to services and the water. The room had good soundproofing, comfortable beds, nice bathroom facilities. There was a roof terrace with a view of the water that came in handy watching the Christmas boat parade, which just happened to take place the night I was there.

Seals and sea lions in bay can be noisy at night.

Great location! Was able to watch the lighted boat parade from a common 2nd story terrace with firepit, tables and chairs. Really comfy bed, lots of special touches like a bottle of wine and chocolates from next door. I stayed extra days because I liked it so much. Very pleasant staff, easy parking. Will be back!

LED lights on tv, clock, AC/heater, smoke alarm, etc that disturbed getting quality sleep. Also the sound of fan in bathroom ( no switch to turn off). Also door to bathroom was not good.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Location fantastic, rooms are big. Very clean, bright and beautifully decorated. Receptionist was great. Loved the complimentary chocolates and wine. Morro Beach itself is beautiful, although at this time of year, quiet. Just wished we had stayed longer than 1 night.

The room I stayed in, #201, was lacking in several ways: noisy ice-maker in near enough proximity to interrupt sleep, and lighting deficits. There is no soft lighting to be had in the room or bathroom, and interrogation-level, motion-activated bathroom lights.

The hotel was in an excellent location. It was pretty and comfortable. The staff member who checked me in was terrific. He showed me to my room to assure my key worked and I approved of the room. I was also given a complimentary box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. There was a lovely terrace with a great view of the bay. I would recommend this hotel.

We had an enjoyable time staying in the inn. Very good location and quiet. We enjoyed the ocean view from the terrace. The house maintenance lady Antonia is very polite and helpful.
