The grounds. Looks like you are driving into a compound. Made us a little nervous.

Staff was very helpful. Place is very eclectic and eccentric. We enjoyed ourselves.

Loved that it was an integral part of the arts center. There was an outdoor concert the evening we were there and a craft fair the next morning. There’s a good restaurant and several artists’ studios sprinkled among the trees. It’s like a little green oasis hidden in the bustling city.

Connecting with the creative community at Inn at the Art Center was a wonderful stop on our trip!

We stayed in 2 different rooms. The first night was the Country French Queen Room. The only odd thing was that it was only a pair of swinging saloon-style half doors between the toilet/shower area and the rest of the bathroom, and no door between the sink area and the main room, so privacy in the bathroom was less than expected. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.

The Art Center Property was fun and quirky and just as I'd hoped. There was a restaurant on-site that is open occasionally. There was also an excellent BBQ restaurant within a 2-minute walk. We happened to be there while the Art Center was having a "First Saturday" event with artists, artisans, musicians, and more. We were notified well in advance that this would be happening and it was great to have such a creative space to browse just outside our door. The long-term art studios were open as well. The second night we stayed in the Starkeeper Suite and it was huge! It was the home of the former owner and while it was only one bedroom, the living room area could accommodate probably 30 people or more. The bathroom was large as well and the artistic touches were so unique and wonderful. We loved staying there! Free breakfast was provided as a small separate breakfast room with a stocked refrigerator and microwave. There was juice, coffee, water, frozen breakfast sandwiches that could be heated in the microwave. I think there was also yogurt and possibly muffins, but I don't remember for sure. Items weren't freshly made, but everything was sufficient for a continental breakfast.

Very interesting eclectic art complex. The shower was grotto style and very large. Easy parking on premises. Nice host.

We’d hoped that breakfast would be a little better than continental (cereal, juice, coffee) since breakfast was advertised as being included.

The unique, artsy feel of the art center & each of the rooms.

It was unconventional. There were little pieces of art and some big pieces of art all over the grounds, so when you took a walk around the grounds it was always something interesting to look at.

Ummm, I'm sure there was something, but I can't think of any. (Remember to take an adapter for phone chargers.)

It's such an amazing place. Our suite was the Santa Fe. So comfortable. The shower room was an unexpected feature. A lot of thoughtful touches, like a motion sensing light, so you remember there is a step. Sitting outside watching the faerie lights. I plan on coming back. There are a lot of studios I've yet to see. Charming and whimsical can't wait to go back.

I loved the layout and that every room is different. The inn keeper was so welcoming and generous with her time. She explained the history and showed me a few other rooms.

It’s a unique and quaint location. I was only driving past but I wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was not spotless, a few corners needed cleaning. Not terrible but just needed a spring cleaning.

It was a comfortable room, straight out of grandma’s house including the cross stitch art. Loved it.

I wish the studios were open a little more often, and all of the studios were open. Our door was also walked in on twice with someone thinking it was a studio. That was slightly awkward and uncomfortable during an afternoon nap!

This property is so cute! I loved all the art work around the property, and all the little friendly kitties!!

Check-in was quirky. One of their staff met me and directed me to the room.

Not your ordinary hotel. This is a very eclectic hotel in a old chicken farm that has been resurrected into a artist colony. The rooms are very nice and clean. It was over 90 degrees when I stayed so I did not have a chance to fully enjoy all of the art that the Art Center had to offer. When in the area again, I will be a repeat customer.

Didn't get to fully enjoy the area. It was a quick trip. Plus it rained hard

Justin and Chassidy were so welcoming. Very nice. Really a great place. Rooms were so homey. Loved the drinks and snacks available. Absolutely, don't judge the book by its cover. I wasn't sure what I had rented but boy were we surprised.
