The room smelled a little funky, like old smoke but it was ok. I think I would’ve preferred to stay in the suites overlooking the falls, but I wasn’t sure if those rooms could accommodate 3 adults comfortably. I wanted a real bed for my daughter to sleep in, not a couch and since the hotel was full for graduations bookings, it was hard to get separate rooms that weekend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast included many tasty options. The outdoor seating along the waterfall was a lovely surprise. We were there for our son’s college graduation and it met our needs for that visit.

It doesn’t feel clean. The rug was sticky, there were bugs in my room, and the furniture was falling apart.

The staff. They were so accommodating and kind. Which made it easier for me to overlook a few things

Room was not clean this visit. Men's boot prints on the bathroom floor, toilet paper wrapping behind the door, ramen noodle and debris splattered in sink.

Room 115 needs a new hot tub. It was "fixed" with paint which is chipping away. At least we were able to change rooms. Also, it looks like you need new towels because the ones we had were stained with yellow spots and felt like I was wiping bleech on my face. The bedsheets were clean but stiff, either need more softener or a higher thread count

Staff is so courteous and accommodating. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The view was beautiful. The lighting and heating was very good. Hot water was wonderful

Outside of rooms was freezing. Had to eat breakfast in my room because it was cold before I would finish it. Lobby is kept uncomfortably cold and is not inviting on first impression.

Neighbors were noisy. Slamming doors at all hours of the night. No fault of the hotel.

Location and views are really nice. The terrace makes a beutiful place to have meals if the weather permits.

The lids didn't fit the travel cups and I ended up spilling multiple times. There were also no heat sleeves.

Rooms were in need of an update, badly! Tired, stained, broken… many aspects needed help! No fresh brewed hot coffee! I don’t care that the breakfast options were limited but the coffee came out of a vending machine like contraption and it sucked!!!

It is in what feels like a depressed area. Nothing within walking distance. It was important to know about but unsettling to read about sex trafficking in the back of the hotel flyer about amenities

The convenient location in relation to the Empire State bike trail. The view of the falls from my window was also pretty

I did not like how difficult it was to get basic room service. I would so appreciate a ceramic coffee mug.

desk clerk at check in seemed unprepared for his role. Had to point my own name out on the reservation list after telling to him several times because he couldn't find it on the list. I have a VERY easy name to find/spell. As easy as Tom Smith (not my name).

Location was great and for the most part its very quiet even though the road is a busy one. The bathroom had a weird layout to it with a narrow door to get to the toilet and shower. breakfast was okay but was poorly watched so often items would be empty for several minutes at a time. Not everything was labeled as to what it was.,

Older hotel that was very basic with no frills, but suited our needs for a great location. Lots of heavy doors with no insulation, so every door closing was quite loud in the secondary building.

That every other day, you had to go to the front desk and activate the key card.

Breakfast was decent, but could have been a little better.

Great location. Unusual layout, which we really liked. Nice view of a stream from the room instead of a parking lot. We would stay again if passing through the area.

Very relaxing to get outside NYC. Very nice facility.
