The cooktop was slow to heat up, but it did the job. The set up was a little weird with the bathrooms being connected to each other. But it wasn’t a problem.

We loved the location! It is in such a beautiful place. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the view. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We arrived after the office was closed and they told me how to check in and left a note with my name on it taped to the door. They seemed to go above and beyond.

Very comfortable, large room. Amazing, super friendly staff that provided us with extra coffee & hot chocolate pods for our coffeemaker. Staff were very knowledgeable about the area and gave good restaurant recommendations. Loved our visit.

We didn't like the beds horrible mattresses in the one in the bedroom in the front the frame squeaks and it wakes you up it even bothered the dog so did the mattress

The stunning view from my room of the endless ocean waves was truly mesmerizing. Watching the sunsets and sunrises from the balcony was a real treat.

The side Wicker chair wasn't too comfy, would be nice to have a rocker/recliner.

Ocean front beach view where you can walk a few paces and be right onto the sandy beach. The promenade was directly in front of the suite we booked. Walked right outside onto green grass, took four steps to the promenade. Walking to downtown seaside is approximately a 2.75 mile walk round trip walk to heart of downtown Seaside. Discovered a cool Lewis & Clark historical site, salt boxes. The IATS also allows the use of their personal bicycles on a dry day. Your pups can stay as well, they allow up to 2 well behaved dogs, but you must let them know at check-in. They provided a nice doggy box with food bowls, towells, and sheets for the couch and bed. Booked the 2 bedroom suite, and loved that it came with one full bath off the one bedroom with a bathtub & shower, and one half bath accessible off the kitchen.

There were some carpet tacks exposed from the frayed carpet. Room got very warm at night. Room was a little older. However when traveling with pets I would never expect to have a fully updated room nor would I want to responsible for that. We were on the second floor and heat rises. I am sure the people below us cranked up their heat. Hot sleepers may benefit from a geound floor room. Overall there wasnt anything that posed any issue where I would complain or not stay there again.

Customer Service was excellent. Staff texted when put room was ready so we could check in before 400 pm. Room had an excellent view of the beach. Room was well furnished. They had a pet basket for our dogs which was super cute. We had a two bedroom room. It had two bathrooms( comes in handy for a family of 5). Everything was clean. There is a lovely area to walk your dogs. Ground floor rooms may be better if you are traveling with a pet that needs frequent potty trips. However we found taking our dogs out very convenient.

View of the ocean fabulous, access to beach via short path very easy and doable. For those of us traveling with technology requiring plugging in to charge, this was extremely challenging without moving the furniture. Not even an easily accessible plug by the bed to charge your phone. I had to move the bedside table out to get to the plug. The kitchenette was fairly kitted out but I would expect at least salt and pepper to be provided. Very good water pressure and water temperature in shower.

The drain in the tub was VERY slow. And it is only on the third floor but an elevator would be nice. Ha! I must be getting old...

I've stayed here before and asked for this room again. It is a nice room with a great view of the ocean. I'll probably book it again in the future.

Not able to move TV around for better viewing.

Able to see the surf from the first floor facing the beach. Like the close promenade to walk the pets. Easy to get to in town restaurants.

Family making noise from upper room till late night .

Very nice and clean rooms and property is close to beach. Parking is available at property. Staff is very nice and helpful .

The carpet is really bad, very stained. Felt very unclean. The sofa was almost unusable as the cushions sank into the frame on the front side. Very uncomfortable.

Love the staff and the location. Also, we love the set-up of the room. We have been in this room before and loved it.

The view and the cozy rooms. We traveled down the coast with friends and stayed for one night in a suite and it was perfect for the 4 of us and spacious.

Room above us , you could hear their footsteps, pretty loud. Also parking was tight. Not a problem in the off season but imagine it would be a challenge in summer.

The hotel seemed nice and quiet until the guests above us arrived home at 11:00 p.m. and the noise kept going until 2:00 am. It sounded like elephants up there. I think it was because there is no carpet in the room to muffle the sound. The next day I could tell they had a dog. So maybe I was hearing the dog run around their room? I would opt to stay on the third floor next time. Or bring earplugs. That was my only complaint.

The location of the beach was wonderful and walking the Prom was fun. We enjoyed the fireplace and the friendly staff. Everything was clean and airy.
