Great location, very convenient to everything. The staff was very helpful and gave us some great tips for off the beaten path sight seeing. The breakfast was excellent. The whole establishment was a great atmosphere.

We were looking forward to the breakfast they generally serve, but due to water heater issues, they were unable to serve breakfast the morning of our stay. They did refund a portion of our resort fee, and provide us with a list of breakfast options within walking distance which was appreciated.

Friendly, accommodating staff, awesome location within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, museums, etc., beautiful, spacious guest rooms, plenty of parking. They have pet-friendly rooms available, which we really appreciated!

Room was spacious and clean. Beautifully decorated. Pet friendly and our dog enjoyed having extra room to move around. They accommodated our request for late checkout.

Second time staying, it’s amazing but this last time- they came & cleaned, when I returned to my room my fridge was cleaned out & I left cokes and snacks. I was upset they were gone. They were new & I still had another night.

the location was great. We never used our car the whole time we were there. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was above my expectation. Listening to the piano in the dining room at night was wonderful. We will definitely go back.

There was a wine menu in the room w a wine key and two wine glasses but was not allowed to bring a glass of wine back to my room from the bar.

The suites offer fireplaces in the rooms, which was a huge deciding factor when we booked. However, none of the fireplaces were functioning.

Charming historical property. The rooms are unique and the staff were completely amazing and friendly. We stayed for our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted something other than a regular cookie cutter hotel and Vanessie completely delivered. The breakfast buffet was perfect for a quick bite before heading home. They offered healthy and freshly made items instead of the junk food you would find at chain hotels, which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely return.

Our first night was not great. It sounded like the people in the room above us were practicing clog dancing, while rearranging furniture all night. The manager kindly found us a quieter room the next day, and our stay was wonderful after that.

Pretty adobe building with a very comfy bed. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. They let us drop our bags off when we arrived early, and called us when the room was ready. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise, with lots of options.

A grab bar in the shower from us older guests would be a good addition.

Lighting in bathroom was very challenging (makeup!)

Location was perfect and my room was huge! Breakfast was an unexpected bonus - I'm a late sleeper but managed to sneak in just before 11:00 am. Unfortunately never made it for cocktails or saw the other restaurant.

You are on your own with this property. There was no introduction to amenities of the property. More or less, here is your room. We were in the Peco room, which was nice. You can go to the office for requests, but you are on your own with this location.

Food left in the refrigerator, half bottle of water on the window sill, used k-cop and no water left in the Keurig coffee maker. Didn’t find out the restaurant was not open until we tried to go to dinner.

Stay was excellent. Breakfast was healthy and fulfilling. Would stay again and would recommend to a friend. Walls were not as thick as they could’ve been, but I can’t blame the couple above.

The cost.

Clean and comfortable room that was very convenient to downtown Santa Fe. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was the cost. I think it was way overpriced.
