We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Loves this hotel! Layout was phenomenal. It was clean. My parents and I stayed in a two bedroom suite, which had two separate bathrooms and their own private bathrooms. There was a full kitchen and living room. SUCH a reasonable rate too!! The breakfast was decent. Staff was kind, wonderful and helpful. There were options for snacks and drinks, including some alcoholic beverages. There was a lovely little courtyard with a fire-pit and grill. Loved this hotel! Will stay there every time I’m in Bismarck.

Gentlemen at the front desk for check in was very kind. Made things very simple and quick. Room was spacious and nice.

The staff was great! I booked two rooms and called to see if they were joint rooms and the guy said they didn’t have those but upgraded us to a two room king suit with no problems. When we checking in the guy at the counter was super friendly and such a pleasure to talk to. We will be staying here whenever in Bismarck.

All of the staff at this hotel go above and beyond to help their guests. We will be back there in six weeks and anyone who is travelling to Bismarck should do themselves a favour and stay here. Ohh and the hot breakfast is fantastic!!!

Rather off the main highway in a residential/business area. Quiet at night. Fairly easy on, easy off. Had a great corner room with windows overlooking the ample parking lot where the car and boat were.

The 2 bedroom suite was an excellent size. The front desk staff was great.

United States of AmericaAC/Heat. Set at 70 and the AC would come on then followed up by the heater after the room cooled off. This was repeated each time the system ran. Had to manually adjust to keep the room at one constant temp. Breakfast was less than enjoyable. Worst bacon, powdered eggs and not much to talk about.

United States of AmericaFurniture I.e. chair in room needed to be replaced. Fabric was torn off the back of the chair. Room had a pull out but no bedding for it. Had to go to front desk to obtain. No signage in the room indicating you needed to request fresh towels. No extra Kleenex,toilet paper etc. in the room. Again, needed to go to front desk to get towels etc. Our pile of wet towels laid in the hall.
Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

No luggage trolley available, we have been proposed the breakfast trolley...with all the remainings from earlier breakfast to move our luggage. Is it in line with hygiene protocol to use breakfast trolley for luggages? they gave our room to another person who entered while we were in, the bed sheets were dirty and had to be changed, the staff came and was acting so weird, visibly unhappy with our comments that we send her away and changed the bed ourselves. Cherry on the cake they cancelled all the access card since they gave it to another person and we got trapped outside, had to update it. They also charge a 50$ pet fee which sounds a lot I'm still waiting for the manager to call me and discuss about what happened, they removed the pet fee as a result to this poor experience but I'd appreciated to be better considered
