We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaMattress was so so. Our backs hurt both mornings. Key worked Intermittently at exterior doors. Another guest told us that was normal. There’s definitely some cosmetic things that could be repaired / improved but it really was a good stay.
Megan was very pleasant and helpful when we checked in. She wa multi- tasking answering the phone and working to get us our room timely. She was great!! Two ladies that were cleaning rooms upstairs were very nice and smiled and greeted us each time we passed by. Hotel was much cleaner and breakfast was very good, nice variety. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodation. Excellent price point!! We were really surprised noise was minimal at night which was nice.

United States of AmericaI booked online and was getting a 1 queen bed and was told at the desk there wasn't none available but online they had 1 available so I had to get 2queen beds and paid a little more for something I didn't need. The toilet seat was loose also.
The bed was comfortable and they serve breakfast in the morning.

United States of AmericaWhen I first checked in I got a different room due the bathroom of the room they gave me stunk like someone just smoked marijuana. The next room I was put in was very very damp the whole time. The carpet was wet everything I had in there Got damp from just sitting in the room. They had signs up stating if you smoked in your room you would be kicked out and not refunded. Funny how my room smell like pot the first day. The second day the smell of pot was all along the hallway around 1pm.
It was the only place with rooms in town when I booked

United States of AmericaThere is no elevator - despite all the "accessible" notes about the hotel on the website. The only rooms for a family of 6 are above the 1st floor. We did not know there was no elevator & had no reason to assume such. We have a paralyzed son; my husband had to carry him and then his wheelchair up & down the stairs. And of course luggage for 6 people (2 adults, 4 children). The room was also only stocked for 3 people: 3 towels, 3 wash cloths, etc, despite it being booked for 6 people. No hot tub at pool. Fridge was leaking & sitting on rotting cabinet.
The staff were all very friendly & helpful. They happily gave us more towels, pillows, etc. They also were kindly appologetic about the hotel not having an elevator for our son as well as about having no adjoining rooms existing as an alternative nor rooms for 6 on the 1st floor. The indoor pool was nice. The hot breakfasts were wonderful!
