We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When I checked-in, the front desk attendant was nice enough to give me two bottles of water after asking if there was water available. I really appreciated it.

United States of AmericaI don't understand why you charge for dogs and not for kids. I have seen kids do more damage than dogs. Charge to much for pets. Also the grounds need more attention. Trash and cigarette butts all over the grounds.

United States of AmericaThe facilities were pretty old and dated. The bathroom was very tight quarters. You literally had to straddle the toilet in order to open the bathroom door. Our room telephone did not work. I tried to phone the front desk on day 2 of 4 to get some pillows and couldn't get a dial tone. Informed the front desk, but at day 4 checkout, still no phone. I asked the front desk to give my 18 year old son a key when he arrived to join our room, in case we happened to be out. The desk attendant said, no problem, I'll leave a note for the next person as she wrote down his name. Only to get a call from my son when he arrived because the current desk attendant would not give him a key, so I had to physically go to the front desk again so he could get a key. Also, I know the hotel is only 2 floors, but it was very cumbersome to pack our luggage up and down the stairs
The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly clean. There was a fair amount of trash and filth under the couch/sofa bed, including a lighter. Breakfast was good enough to save us from having to eat out every morning. Kitchen/breakfast area was kept very clean and orderly. Maybe I expect too much for the reasonable price.

I didn't like being given a room that had bed, bugs, popcorn and other identified item in the bed. Clearly the bed hadn't been made up. Clearly the sheets had not been changed. So that made me feel like the room hadn't been really clean. But the front desk night attended did exchanges out to another room that was clean. And she was more friendly

United States of AmericaMy shower was nearly impossible to turn on. Thought I was going to pull the handle out of the wall to get it turned on. Also, the sink hot/cold is reverse of standard. Was surprised when i wanted a cold drink of water and it was warm.... Hot is always to the left and cold to the right, yes it's marked appropriately but when it's dark, you don't see that. Breakfast is scheduled 6-10. The first morning, I had somewhere I had to be early. Went to Breakfast area at 6 and only thing available was the biscuits and gravy. Eggs were out but no serving spoom, waffle machine wasn't on or even plugged in, and no meat option was out. I know I was there right at 6 so I would understand if like a few final things need put out like serving utensils but to have key items not even available was disappointing.
