Check in was a seamless experience, got all the details ahead in time and someone was available to answer all my questions via text. The location was perfect as we planned to visit rocky mountains ( hardly 15 min drive) and nearby there were so many options to eat and a cute Estes lake to take long walks in the evening ( please note- breakfast is not included). We took the room facing the cure river, the sound itself was so relaxing ( once you close the glass door, there was no disturbance at night due to the flowing river). Cozy, comfortable place, easy parking and a vacation well spent!!

The heater by the bed was not a great idea.

The location on the river was our favorite thing about the inn. The bed and room were comfy, clean and nicely appointee with a wood burning fireplace. The tub was deep. The coffee,water,tea, fridge and microwave were a plus too. The staff was great. Lovely stay.

One side of the bed was terrible. Sinking into springs.. we had to swap each night so one of us could sleep and the other woke up all stiff and in pain. Not ideal. Also, accidentally ordered 2 bundles of wood because there is not a verification screen or a pending drop off. It was fine since we stayed 2 nights tho.

There's nothing not to like about staying at The Inn & Cabins on Fall River. I was worried that there would be a leak under the bathroom sink (floor tiles are loose and the rug was wet when we arrived), but we didn't have any issues or sign of leaks after that. Everything worked well.

We stayed in the Bristlecone Cabin at Fall River Cabins. First impression was so good. It felt like home. They knew we were coming in a little later so the lights were on and everything was so welcoming. The cabin is spacious and we loved all the windows, natural light, the kitchen and the fireplaces. We always love staying right on the Fall River. It's the best. What we instantly loved about The Inn on Fall River is the staff, and the excellent communication. They text at booking and before arrival, respond quickly with any questions, and they have a touch screen in the cabin for things like checking out, ordering drinks, etc. It's a very modern touch, and they seem to go out of their way to make it easier and efficient for everyone. Excellent service! We will be back for sure.

The classist separation of buildings lol but I got over it and enjoyed myself a lot and loved my room.

I haven’t felt that relaxed I a longtime. The real fireplace was absolutely primo. The location is great and felt very safe the room was clean and large. I went on a big road trip and this was by far my favorite room.

Truthfully, the only thing we didn't like was the fact we couldn't stay longer.

They changed our room for us when we arrived given our reserved room was unknowingly on the second floor and my wife was unable to use the stairs from a recent knee surgery. Staff were extremely courteous and took care of us quickly with a cabin which had an indoor spa tub, fireplace and full kitchen, easy access and close parking. Room was clean and just what we were hoping for on a weekend getaway.

The shower needed help with water pressure and was a little cramped in size

Loved the first floor room, plus the river view was excellent. The wood burning fireplace was a great addition. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
