The bathroom wasn’t completely clean, so that was mildly disappointing.

It was a cute boutique hotel in the middle of a cute, small southern town. Helpful staff, extremely comfortable beds… it had everything we needed.

I’m glad to see this wonderful place getting a remodel. Hope they get new bed frames. I had a sharp object sticking out on the side of the bed just where you sit to get in and out of bed. It was covered with the bed skirt.

There is nowhere I with a cover from the rain to smoke a cigar.

Over 20 years ago my mother had us stay there when I was a child. An owner once spoke at my high-school in Ninety Six, SC around 20 years ago about the history of the hotel. I always make it a point to stay here. Lots of memories at this hotel for me.

The lady who checked us in was the nicest most hospitable person I think I've ever met. I think her name was Dolly (or close to that). After she checked us in, she noticed an elderly gentleman struggling to put his jacket on, and she immediately went over to offer assistance.
