Hotel should make sure all utensils are available before guests arrive. During my stay,the light near the door and the hair dryer both are not work . This is not supposed to happen.

I wish there was more food for breakfast, at least eggs.

The location. People are drinking and smoking in the stairs of the motel. Didn't feel safe.

The swimming pool was small. Parking spaces were limited. The hotel area is a little cramped.

The location is around many restaurants and shopping areas! The room was clean, spacious, and cozy!

I was put upstairs even though I specifically asked for ground floor. I am partially disabled and can not navigate stairs well with my cane. This has never happened before and almost ruined my. stay.

i have 2 problems first I didn.t know it was a 50.00 dollars cash deposit that's not a problem i stayed here back n Dec 2022 there wasn't a cash deposit than which i understand some hotels has a deposit just in case the room get damage my thing is that deposit wasn't mention on the website NOR in the office/lobby when i checked in. Amber who checked me in didn't tell me about the deposit till after she charged my card i didn't have the deposit i was told i couldn't get my room key till i paid the deposit my thing is Amber should have said something about the deposit before charging my/someone card and on top of that there was NO SIGN in the office/lobby about paying a deposit it don't matter if it was a new thing they should still put up a sign to let people know they have to pay a cash deposit that was all the money i had than i was told it would take 5 days to get my money back if it wasn't for the young lady at booking.com i would have had to sleep in my car after Amber spoke with the young lady from booking.com her attitude change from nasty to nice i understand Amber has a job to do but next time let people know about the deposit b4 charging their card it don't matter if you get that deposit back when you checked out you don't know how much money people have and I'm not that type of person to damage other people things . 2 my check out date was Saturday Jan. 28 i don't know why someone was tried to come into my room Friday Jan 27 thank god i didn't leave my room that day no telling what that person would've stole out my room they have a list of rooms who's checking out so why would they try to enter my room if i made a reservation for Jan26- Jan 28

Everything was so dirty .nothing worked in are room .plastic bag over smoke detectors,shower pours out water into the room .walls have stains like food or whatever. The floors are so dirty it turned are feet black. Very noisy my wife and I were just planning on calling to tell him we want to refund or something because it was. It was terrible. Come to Florida and have all that crap.

The uncleanliness of the room. Bed cover dirty, stained, white towel stain (disgusting), the towel floor was behind the towel, bed skirt had white cluster of something, the walls on side of bed was splattered of I don’t know. I had to get more sheets just to feel clean enough to sleep and the comforter was really stain. The iron board cover was gone, because they said they don’t have have irons and board anymore. The price was good for over night. I will not send anyone to this place. The location is a plus, near all the stores, but many people walks through the parking lot. I hope they do better and do a blue light inspection. And check behind the room service cleaner.

First of all the rate is so expensive for a motel. $100/night for this kind of property is a big no. Especially when they don’t clean the room properly. The very first time i opened the door its smells bad. Hair all over the place. Under the sink i found a ball of hair which is nasty (photo attached) and then when i was ready to sleep long hair all over my bed. Also the toilet seat keeps moving. Breakfast was so sad too. note that they dont keep your luggage if you have to do something or go somewhere after you check out. Its so noisy at night. Hotel let people hang outside in the late night and these people bring their chairs outside. Property should not allow that. One night, somebody tried to open my door it was after midnight.
