Our only discomfort was the choice of a cowhide area rug for decor. We are vegan and the owner’s should consider that others may not agree with this type of decor, especially catering to a tourist area with possible travelers with other views and cultures. We understand this goes along with the culture of the “Wild West” concept, but for us it is offensive and a little creepy

Very nice contemporary remodel with attention to detail and well thought out modern approach ! Especially enjoyed the fresh ground coffee and pour over coffee maker provided. Self check in is a wonderful and convenient idea ! Owners were very nice, despite the self check in Jenn made it a point to come out and make sure we were all good and welcomed us.

The motel is a refurbished older motel and has some characteristics of being old such as the height of the shower head, the shower water getting hotter when the toilet is flushed, lights flickered when I plugged in my CPAP machine, etc. Minor issues.

The room was cute, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Could use hot chocolate packets in room. Not everyone drinks coffee. Needed cups in bathroom and a small dresser in bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised with the facility.

No breakfast. Went to Flying Goat which was excellent.

The Fireplace in the back and in the front are really nice. The lodge is owned by a couple which is renovating the place at the moment.

Updated and very welcoming, host was great, lots little extra amenities like a few dishes, coffee, soaps, nice bedding.Property had a fire pit which would have been nice but it rained.

We couldn’t sleep much because of the light coming from the window. There were no black out curtains, only light white curtains.

Room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Kitchen was well equipped, moreover there was a bottle of brand new virgin olive oil and different types of single packed herbs (oregano, basil, …) which were a plus.

I didn't like that there was no one on the property, you had to scan a qr to check in.

Parking and Pillows

Room was super cute…although there were cars parked in the lot…and we had a ton of luggage. So that was tricky. Only suggestion I have….get some thicker pillows 😊

The management of the motel was take over it since a few months and changing a refurbishment are still in progress, but the staff deserve encouragement. The room was quite large and the base is good for all the future projects.

Very clean and pleasant. An older hotel but care has been taken to make sure it was updated and clean. I have no complaints on the staff we just arrived late so we didn't have any interaction but the code to pur room door was sent to us by email and the check in was smooth

The bathroom is quite old so some things are not working as expected but I'm sure everything will be fixed with time.

In my room 6 the old original floors were uneven so the head of my bed was lower than my feet. I had to remake the bed on the middle of the night with my head on the high end. Also not a senior friendly room. Plugs and shower handles are all at floor level. The owners seemed to encourage suggestions but didn’t respond to feedback they encouraged.

I admire their efforts to remodel and renovate a classic motel. They had a lot of cool small thoughtful touches. Keyless access and communication were good at check in.

The heat/ac unit for the room was high on the wall and difficult to access. Also, getting the temperature adjusted on a cold night took a few tries. The fan for the unit was very noisy, making it difficult to hear the TV, and also disruptive for a light sleeper.

I loved the renovation of this motor lodge. The linens were comfortable and towels were very thick. I also liked the dishes, silverware, and mugs which are so much better than plastic throwaways.

Location nice to visit Bryce Canyon. Owner Brent very kind and helpful. Lovely renovated room and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was very comfy.
