If they want to provide services to tenants, and to overnight guests, they should have the two types separated into the various buildings they have on site. It would also be a good idea to update the photos of the rooms/property--if I had seen current photos, we would not have stayed here! The room was pretty much a $H!# hole, but the shower was clean and the bed was as well (so we went ahead and stayed), but I never took my socks off and I wore house shoes immediately after getting ouf of the shower.

There really wasn't anything that we liked, except that there was no bed bugs. That was a plus. Other than that, it was full of tenants (low income non-working variety), the grounds were awful dirty, and it smelled bad. More of a half-way house kind of feeling.

I was disappointed because the first room didn't have the advertised sleeper sofa. They had to change our room and the second room was just yucky. The sleeper sofa was half one fabric print and half a different fabric and not because it was meant to be like that but rather because they used cushions from a different couch on half of this couch. I really want to like this place but honestly they need to upgrade the furniture so it doesn't look tacky and they need to provide the rooms as listed rather than try to say that the site is wrong and needs to be fixed. If you market a suite with a sleeper sofa that needs to be what you provide and the second room should have been just as nice as the 1st room that was missing the sleeper sofa but it wasn't. It was run down.

The only real complaint, if that the interstate is being is having construction on it so that accessing it for inter city travel is slow and of no use. But nothing on the property is at fault for that

The office was closed upon arrival at 9PM. Guests (including) a family were left to wait at least 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check us in. There were young people loitering outside the building, smoking, and causing commotion. It was impossible to relax and get settled. I wouldn’t recommend this property for anyone wanting a secure and relaxing stay. The room also had a permeating chemical odor, maybe fresh pest spray.

No sofa (bed) like advertised. Thank goodness I had an air mattress. Old bedding (stained). Microwave was nasty and missing the glass plate. Stove hood vent not working. (Light and vent).

Wi-Fi was terrible….. The entire room need to be update….. the refrigerator is old and rusted out…. The stopper in the tub doesn’t work….. comforter has cigarette burns in it,,, also I couldn’t use my sofa bed because it had big brown stains in it!!! Absolutely gross!!!!

This room wasn't clean, it smelled horrible, and it had roaches. It was hard to rest, due to being afraid of a roach crawling on you, not to mention the odor. The furniture was in such bad shape, we were afraid to use the sofa bed. We also went to the store and bought Lysol and bed bug spray, for our stay.

I did not like the sliding door so close to my bed. I also did not like how the outside of the buildings look. I think it could use some fixin up to look more presentable.

The room was not very clean. The floors were dirty and the couch was soaking wet with some type of cleaner when we checked in. The man who does house keeping knocked on our door and I hollered to tell him we were still in bed and he tries opening the door while I had no clothes on . Thankfully I had the top lock locked or he would have let himself in. The laundry mat that's available has one working washer and dryer and it closes at 9. The hotel used to be so much better than it is now. It's run down and not taken care of

The room wasn't what I expected the Refrigerator ice maker wasn't working properly and the coffeemaker wasn't clean the hold Appearance of the room was disappointing, there was to garage bags with beer and cleaning supplies that was left in the room
