The king size bed needed a new mattress and although we loved that there was no carpet, the floor could have been cleaner.

We had a very hard time finding the facility. Set well-back on the property, it was not visible from the road and the high sign out by the road was not only hidden by another sign in front of it, but had NO lighting of any kind. If I hadn't had a reservation, I would have given up the search and gone somewhere else. The jacuzzi tub in our room was beautiful, but non functional.

The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our waffles in the morning, though the breakfast options were very limited... probably the result of our best-in-a-long-time cost. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was VERY dark. Electrical outlet was set up that either the floor lamp or the phone could be plugged in ... not both. The exterior appearance. The sidewalk needs some maintenance ... loose and missing tile in some spots.

The bathroom ceiling was falling in above the toilet. Maybe leaky roof. The floor tiles were all loose and felt a little sketchy walking on it. Once breakfast is gone, it's gone, so plan on getting there EARLY. The air conditioner is very loud and obnoxious. The price seemed high for one night with these types of issues.

There was no coat rack if you needed to hang something up! There were no towel bars in the bathroom so we just used the shower rod Outside around the walkways were tons of cigarette butts! Just need someone to sweep them up or have cigarette disposal cans!

It was odd that the room didn't have towel racks in the bathroom.

The staff was great! I appreciated the sincere warm greeting and recommendations for local eats and things to do. I discovered that the microwave didn't work late evening. I called the front desk and they were empathic and kind. The gentleman that came up to replace it was quick, friendly and also gave great advice for the local favorite breakfast spot. Recommendations seem to be their thing! Just wanting to make sure the guests have a nice time while in the area. Very much appreciated!

Did not like that the AC was regulated to 66 degrees. Also the coat rack fell off wall. There was only two sweaters and a set of keys on it. The tub was dirty and water pressure sucked.

Water from the taps in the bathroom was BLACK, the extractor spilled black stuff, the tap in the shower was lose, the washbasin dropped water underneath The bedroom didn't have coat rack to hang my clothes The air conditioner was noisy and full of dust over the control buttons.

The Roku TV would not connect to the internet despite repeated tries.

Daniel, the afternoon clerk, was exceptionally kind and helpful. We had an issue with the TV in the room and he came right over to check it out. He is a super employee with a positive attitude and demeanor.

the pictures that were shown through Booking.com. Were not real. There was no pool ! The price point for our room actually did not include a fridge and microwave like shown in the picture but the general manager, Lisa was nice enough to give us a room for the same price point that actually had a fridge and microwave The breakfast included with a small pack of donuts, or a muffin, and a pack of instant oatmeal that was offered … Along with coffee and tea that was available
