United States of America1 review“Great location and dreamy accommodations!”It drives me crazy when someone in a customer service position is using their personal phone and waits to help you until they are done texting, which happened both mornings I went to get coffee inside the hotel.
The pool was amazing and felt very much like a resort pool. I loved the special touches around the lobby like coffee vouchers for guests and infused water to drink! Hotel was very clean and front staff were friendly and kind.

All attractions, restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurants have good breakfast and dinner options if you decide to dine in. In the lobby of the hotel you will find boutique shops owned by local artists.

And the housekeeping knocking at 8:30am (especially when the admin knew our big group arrived at 3am) was a little off.
Beautiful setting in the heart of an incredible city. Close to all the culture of Santa Fe's downtown. Characteristic building. Yummy complimentary coffee in the cafe and delicious breakfast in the restaurant.

Very close to the plaza and comfortable rooms made ou”Not a fan of the valet parking. Also when we first arrived we didn’t know where to check in, the clerks didn’t help. They looked at us with our bags and ignored us until I asked someone from the stores where to check in.

Nothing about this is on the hotel website or on the Booking's site. The food at the restaurant is completely unmemorable but expensive. We used the restaurant for breakfasts for the sake of convenience, but there are many other great food sources around. The spa closes at 6 pm. Given that the guests are probably out and about during day time that leaves very little time for spa activities. $30 resort fee per day seems exorbitant for what this place is and what it provides.
The hotel is right in the center of old town. Walking distance to Canyon street (art galleries) and plaza. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. The service at the restaurant was fast (at least for breakfast).

There are so many awesome things to share about Santa Fe! Restaurant meals were delicious, but once again attentive/interactive service was lacking with staff.
