There were signs the hotel was being remodeled. But from what I saw, I couldn't tell if the issues I witnessed were before or after the remodel. There were cracks in the wall, unfinished bathroom tile, sketchy sheetrock work, baseboards weren't completed well, looked like bleach was spilt in the hallway carpet, it felt like I pull the faucet out of the wall when I attempted to pull the plug to turn on the shower, buttons on elevator were loose and so was the back wall of the elevator. So I wasn't sure if the shoddy work was being fixed or if that is how it was remodeled.

The location was easy to get to and our vehicle didn't get broken into. That happens a lot with state Fair competitors. The breakfast was good and it seemed like a safe location.

The hotel was very dated there was mold in the bathroom ceiling, smelled really humid it felt like we were in a motel to be honest,

I like the location, it was close to the place I was visiting.

When it rained on Wednesday night, the window was leaking water. Had to put a towel on the window seal to soak up all the water that came in.

Dog poop in hallway to room reported staff never Said or did anything clean it up.. Not good running establishment being nasty

Me and my daughter stayed and the tv remote didn't work. I told staff and he said maintenance have to come fix it which is when we will be gone, so we didn't have anything to watch all night very disappointed.

Great spot close to stores and the only thing great out of my experience.

The hotel was dirty. I killed two cockroaches first thing entering my room.

I saw the poor reviews but gave it the benefit of the doubt. La Quinta usually has very nice updated rooms. The outside looked inviting. Check in staff was a bit snarky but nice upon arrival. The next day, not so much. Needed a key card replaced as it was no longer working. No one was available at the front for 15 mins. Finally found a housekeeper to help get someone. Our room needed lots of TLC. Bedding was stained. Paint job on walls was not too great. Chairs had holes in upholstery. Bed felt wet. It could have been the air conditioning temperature in the room. Breakfast was decent.

Located in an area within walking distance to several fast food restaurants and a couple of stores.

Bath tubs were painted and chipping. The room smelled bad,tv didn’t work. The heater had a bad smell when it was turned on. Furniture smell like dog. There was people fighting and arguing outside for hours. Our vehicle was scratched up. Front desk wasn’t clear on reservations, check in was stressful after driving for 5 1/2 hours.

Location is great, but the hotel itself was terrible.

The bed had hair that was not ours getting there and front desk does not answer. There was no online notice of then doing a.c cleaning during guest stay and entered my room to remove the a.c and bothered my stay. I tell the staff about this issue a d they only offered condolences and that it was posted at the hotel, if I knew on the website I would have not booked my stay. I found a bed bug and the shampoo bottles looked like they where half empty. For the price on a one night stay I honestly did not expect to stay in something so unkempt. I checked out early and found another hotel.

The area is located off the highway very convenient. Housekeeping staff very helpful. They where able to accommodate my early arrival.

There was no stopper for the bathtub, the remote for the tv stopped working and was missing it's back, the hall smelled like marijuana in the evening

The room was large and bed very comfortable and breakfast was a good selection doing waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, toast, milk juice coffee and some fresh fruit

I didn’t like the bath tub. It was stained with hair and Mr Clean is needed for sure!

Breakfast could use some bacon. It was good food and Rosie went out here her to get what we needed. Outstanding service!

Need pest control- roach, bugs seen with lights on; cigarette burn on comforter, furniture is neglected and torn up. Just because this a pet friendly hotel doesn’t mean it should be assumed all animal lovers would accept bad conditions. We are still paying for a clean, well kept, room.

I was changed to a suite and like the extra room for me and my kitty.

Rooms could be updated. Repairs for outlets and shower faucet broken and sharp. Fan in bathroom falling out of the ceiling. Hall way smelled like someone smoking pot.

Water pressure was great, staff was friendly.

Bathroom wasn't clean enough, halls had a bad smell, bugs, witnessed other tenants complain about bugs. Kitchen/housekeeping staff wasn't very helpful.

Front desk staff was friendly/helpful Our first room had bugs and many stains on bed/blankets, we asked for another room and was accommodated immediately no attitude or excuses, just apologies.The bed was comfortable.

It was dirty and old. The curtains were moldy amd torn and the flooring was coming up. The shower was old and basically caulked together and there was a large piece of the light fixture broken and on the floor.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

door handles were way to loose for comfort. each room just had a dirty feel to it, I had 3. there were leaks in the ceiling. Sheetrock was bubbly, from leaking. tape holding tables together. I wish I took photos to show the web.
