You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOur stay was very nice. They have a "kick back" time in the evening with food and drinks that is included in the price of the room. The items are the same each time, and unfortunately, when we went down to eat, the areas were not kept up with the demand. Many food items were low or non-existent, and many of the counters had spilled food on them. We decided to go out to eat.

United States of AmericaI was grateful for the mid day clean up (which was just a towel refresh and bed made) but wish the staff would have taken out the trash. It just would have been nice to have trash removed after a long day of exploring Greenville.
I was pleasantly surprised by the dinner option. It wasn’t something we expected. The food(breakfast and dinner) wasn’t anything spectacular but filled our bellies before exploring Greenville. The woman at the bar area was so kind and accommodating to what drinks guests wanted and she was so lovely to spark a conversation with. I desperately wish we carried cash because I would have happily tipped her.

United States of AmericaWe've stayed here before and enjoy having breakfast and basically dinner. This year, the food was not up to par. The people in food service were all different from last year and they were not as friendly as the previous year people.
Friendly front desk staff that did everything to make our stay pleasant. Morgan and Codie were great! The rooms are clean, the towels were white and spotless. Great water pressure in the shower.

This is our second time at this location. We had never stayed at a Drury Inn before, so we were pleasantly surprised by the Kickback meal that you have. The breakfast is also pretty decent. We enjoyed our stay last year so we came back.
