There is too much activity around the hotel(I have to assume it wasn't all from people staying at the hotel) and a lot of noise from that activity. The heavy security gate at the entrance and lack of access to the front desk during daylight hours indicates the hotel is located in a high crime area and added to me feeling uncomfortable about my truck and trailers' safety. Had I been aware of these things beforehand, I wouldn't have stayed here. The hotel itself was fine.

Overall, clean, and the young girl who checked me in was very nice and very helpful. She even went and grabbed a luggage cart for me.

The only issue we had was, there was a lot of noise at night outside. Loud cars and music, lots of people walking by our room and at one point, someone banged on our door and window late at night and there was the appearance and smell of drugs. It was a shame because the hotel is very nice.

The staff were great! The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to find a hotel with a roll in shower since those are very difficult to find.

Couldn't get a later check out time even when I offered to pay extra for it. It is right by a heavy traffic area so u can hear the traffic in the morning.

Had many food choices within a 5 minute drive. One of the few hotels that still has smoking rooms thankfully. Staff was polite at check in. For the most part the room was nice and clean. Had a spacious shower with hot water that lasted longer than 10 minutes. I would stay again.

Although I asked for smoking, we didn't quite expect to smell like an ashtray. The bed was seriously uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The heater was busted and didn't really blow out warm air. We seemed to be somewhat underground and the temps outside weren't the best, so heat was definitely needed but we didn't have much. And the comforter was thin.

Five minutes after entering our room, a police officer knocked on the door because of a noise complaint in our "vicinity." Five minutes after that, the officer is back because of a noise complaint in our "vicinity." I contacted the front desk to ask what the issue was, as we'd literally just walked through the door. I also asked if the officer was checking any other rooms in our "vicinity"; he told me no because the complaint was about our "vicinity." I suggested he give us a call the next time a complaint comes in, versus sending the police to our door. Needless to say, there were no additional noise complaints afterward. Additionally, the seal on the door was not flesh to the frame, almost like the door wasn't closed completely. I had to reassure my friend that the door was locked with the bolt. I spent most of the night watching the door instead of sleeping.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a mall, a movie theater, the general store, and the highway. The check in and out process was efficient.

I booked a smoking room and they didn't have any available when i checked in. That was frustrating because i felt like some accommodations should have been made. This makes me think twice about staying at this location again.

I could easily hear the loud ladies in the next room until 1:00 am through the door that, at one time, attached the rooms together. It needed soundproofing in the worst way. Other than that, it was a good stay!
