We are news junkies, but the tv only offered news stations from other states. We prefer local news. Also we would have liked coffee in the room or fresh brewed coffee with breakfast. Not a fan of Keurig coffee. The road to the hotel is very scary at night. It is a deer road and is not lit at all. It was a nail-biter returning at 11:30PM from the Shakespearean Festival.

The room was beautiful with a large kitchen area and closet space. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the decor and history of the building. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and to make accommodations for us so we could check in early. The outside of the building looks run down and looks like the warehouse it was, but the inside tells a completely different story.

l wish there are something more for breakfast. There were bread,oatmeal and milk& cheese in frig&brito in freezer. l wish more yogurt,friuts etc..

We came this Iron-Spring hotel second time. Last time we came,we had a great time. It's very clean& enough space with kitchen& ref,TV. and around the hotel, there is basket court, swing that kids enjoyed.and l love the old train truck by hotel.l love the sun set view from there. This time there was snow ＆cold so we didn't walk around much but last time we went to trail near by and enjoyed smore by fire.it's fun!! l'm glad we can get free coffee&hot cocoa whenever we want!

You need another person on staff so that the front desk person wasn’t running around helping guess every where else.

Room Service had to be requested and even then they didn’t leave any toilet paper or soap. People were very helpful when you asked for something but it seemed you didn’t have enough people to handle everything. They seemed to Be running from One thing to another and I’m Sure that’s why our room wasn’t taken care of like It should have been. The rest of the facilities were very clean.

Stairs because of physical problems. Also they didn’t come clean the room the first day and we had to ask. Didn’t leave any Toilet paper and soap. Asked the second day again for service. Towels and trash needed to be taken care of. Didn’t mind just f they didn’t change the beds but the things need to be checked daily and taken care of.

It was ok. Glad you had yogurt.

The hotel was so nice and had a lot of outdoor activities. There’s a fit pit where they provide s’more fixings, patio, grill, playground, basketball courts, a stage and walking trails around the property. The room was great and the beds were fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to stay again!

This place is extremely off the beaten path if you're looking to go to Zion, and even from the town they are in (Cedar City). It's quite a few miles from the center of town. There isn't much nearby, and quite a few industrial complex's off the main road as you go in. That said, we rented a car so we were never more than a drive from the places we wanted to go. To be fair, we booked this place as a last minute replacement for our planned rental (which went very badly), so considering the circumstances...I would still give this place high marks.

The room and the facilities were excellent (though they don't line up with "luxury" in my mind). The folks at the front desk helped us organize trips, find places to hike and climb, and even helped us find an e-bike renter at the last minute (almost impossible to find near Zion if you don't book in advance) for the second day of our Zion exploration. They have an amazing staff

The only thing that was hard for us was the constant smell of sewer in our room. It was hard not to feel nauseous.

We absolutely loved so much about Iron Springs. The location, the activities for my children. it was great.

We were very disappointed that there were no cups or dishes or coffee maker. The staff did provide me with a hot water kettle and I took some cups from the main dining room, but it seems like when there's a small kitchen with a sink, fridge and microwave that there should be dishes and silverware. The breakfast was OK, but could be improved.

This place is on the way to being excellent. It's about 6 miles from downtown which we didn't mind, and it's very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and there were nice shampoos and soap. It's a converted iron mill and there's interesting history to discover. Beautiful paintings/photos all around the lodge.
