The sushi is mediocre. But setting is gorgeous.

Beautiful architecture and landscaping. Felt as if we were in the Caribbean! Staff is excellent. Very friendly, personable and well-trained, except for the wait staff who are really nice people but don't have all the fine points in place.

Hotel restaurant food was just ok and very expensive! Lots of hidden fees at checkout ….hotel only allows room temp to go as low as 70 degrees…gets very hot when shower and blow dryer running!!! Refrigerator barely keeps drinks cold.

Beautiful scenery…def what you’re paying for!! Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. Great marketplace for morning coffe and pastries. Stayed during the week and was very quiet.

Was disappointed in the daily parking fees and additional fees after I thought I had payed in full prior to arrival. Putting green could be improved.

Loved the rooms, property, Marketplace coffee shop, restaurants, and bike rental.

30 a day for parking and 45 day for reaort fees. To me these are unnecessary charges when paying 600 a night for a room.

Very nice reaort. We had 2 bathrooms the main had an excellent large shower easily accommodate 2 people.

It would be great if there was a flyer or some sort of written information describing the amenities and also some nearby attractions, info about the Key, etc.

Every amenity was easily accessible; I.e. tiki bar, restaurant, pools, etc. Clean, pristine, well kept grounds with friendly staff, pricey but delicious dinner.

All the extras. Plus plus plus. Even car parking $28 plus tax per day which was galling as when I asked the reason given was that they have limited car parking when actual car park is large. Plus no tea making facilities in room.

Everything was excellent but my husband wanted us to have a room closer to the restaurant and bar - he has a bad back and can’t get around well

The meals were excellent. I loved that my teenagers could go do their own thing and I still felt they were safe hangout by theirselves. All of our excursions were right there insight too!

It was a bit remote (which could be a plus for many), endless list of fees and taxes that quickly add up (the parking fee was the only one not accounted for on “booking.com”), we also had some minor electrical issues in our room, and loud neighbors late at night… The Market Place was nice, but very pricey. We ate at their on-site restaurant for dinner. It was very good, but service was “average”, and the prices were high.

Beautiful spacious oceanfront rooms, stunning white-sand beaches, daily scheduled activities, clean facilities, and friendly staff.

Lots of extra fees. They were disclosed but still seemed excessive. Food at beach bar first night was good but second night wasn’t and had ho send one item back.

If I went back I would get a room with a kitchen and eat my own food and not pay for any spa or activities. My husband scheduled a pedicure and reflexology experience for me. I was expecting a total relaxing experience. It was nothing different than the pedicure that I received in my hometown but with the automatic 24%gratuity added it was $224. Everything seemed overpriced. My opinion.

The cleanliness of the entire resort, the entire staff goes out of the way to make you feel at home. Smiles from everyone, a clear indication of happy people. Gorgeous grounds and amazing ocean views.

Issues : big disappointment they don't have microwave in such big beautiful rooms if we are coming with kids they need milk which we need to heat which we really missed. Mahina resturant located within property with ocean facing chairs but problem is they have hardly any options for Vegetarians and there prices are way to high and flat taste avg dish cost around $40-50, baby pasta had no taste at all we have added extra salt and paper to give some taste ultimately thrown that whole pasta in dustbin, there salads are very tasty but again seems expensive. that's why I feel many people opt out to eat outside, if management try little on Menu and prices mostly people will have lunch dinner at same place. Compared to hotel I find there markate place taste little better I have given there menu for reference. I understand to maintain property and staff they might have kept prices overall high but keeping prices high is always not a good business model. Lots of spa and other paid services. Paid Breakfast also available. But I really liked the restaurant a lot I don't want to remove any of there single star. For guests wifi available. Plz consider to give Microwave within rooms or coffee in lobby.

sla Bella is a Beautiful and Quite resort and all rooms are ocean facing, staff is very friendly and welcoming. We welcomed the with complementary drink by receptionist, resort has paid parking and daily resort fees. Restaurant charges $200 per night refundable deposit for each night if you are planning big stay then keep in mind about this charge. Rooms were specious, nicely decorated with elevator access. Room key's are given like RFID bands I wanted to keep one as souvenir but guest service told me too keep them back in room while doing checkout. I tried to find there magnet in Marketplace but unfortunately found none. There are multiple swimming pools available for adults and kids, ocean facing chairs. Sunset point. Many games like mini golf, big chess board. Drinks and snacks services are available at pool side. This place is amazing, quite and romantic for couples and very well maintained by management and staff.
