Would have liked some paper towels or napkins; however, if that's all I have to complain about then I'm doing alright since there are worse off things happening in this world! Oh, and would've liked checkout a little later.

With all the bad reviews I was very nervous what condition I'd find the room in, however, when I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was, and clean...room 404 was perfect for me! Loved being right on the beach and in a great location, not too busy at all. Front desk people were so incredibly nice and helpful. Good tiki bar.

The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. We couldn’t sleep in the middle because it caved it really bad we thought it was going to break

Parking parking parking. Not enough spaces for rooms at the resort and having to park across the street was not optimal. We dealt with it but it did not keep us from having a great time.

Great location and close to the beach. Loved the Tiki Bar with cheeseburgers and tater tots. BEST marguerita we've ever had. Rental prices for beach lounge chairs was reasonable and the lifeguards were courteous and helpful.

Parking. Didn’t like the fact that parking was taken up by city employees and reserved for owners. The price per night was a little overpriced.

The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the room. It is in need of a deep clean to get areas clean that don’t get cleaned every time.

The location was great. Gulf front rooms with a sunset view. Close to restaurants, grocery store and other activities. A kitchen to cook if you desire.

The hotel itself looks old but could not beat the price for an ocean view room!

Loved the ocean view and Tiki bar. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Good location. Met a lot of guests who keep coming back every year!

The lobby and elevators looked like they may have been being worked on, but I really didn't care about that. The mixed drinks (pina colada/daiquiri) at the bar were not good. They were made with cheap mixer that I could have made at home. I would recommend upgrading those because I would have spent a lot more money at the bar if the drinks were better.

The location on the beach was second to none. I specifically picked this hotel because of the balcony facing the ocean and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful. The pool was nice, and it had a bar next to the pool which is always a bonus. It was a really great value, and I would stay here again.

#304 is old, the bathroom/shower room needs some attention and an additional trash near bathroom/sink area would be of great use. Only one small roll of TP is provided.

Although I was aware the property is under construction/renovation from previous reviews, the lobby is a mess and off-putting at first sight! Also didn’t like that I asked for an extra blanket and never got one.

Location was amazing! Nicely renovated room with a beautiful view. Loved being able to sit on the patio and enjoy the sunsets.

I left a dress in the closet and called later that same day as check out and they said they’d ask housekeeping to look and have not heard from them. I know I left it hanging in the closet. 😞

Oceanfront rooms are very nice and much cheaper than similar rooms in the area. Perfect location, quiet area, awesome beach , yet short walk to bars and restaurants.

When I booked through this site, they confirmed #603 so i was expecting to be in unit #603. When I arrived, I was given the same unit but on the 2nd floor. I was looking to the view from the 6th floor, not the 2nd.

Location of the resort was perfect. Room was facing the beach so that was nice. We were there for a 50th bday party and the tables and seating before the bar and pool were more than enough space to celebrate.

This little crap like better lighting in the living room, and the toilet was older not working. Well make it just perfect.

Great spot! B een here a few times. Allwsys enjoy the tiki bar in the pool and of course the beach is perfect comfortable.

Not that I didn't like it, but it's being renovated I don't like elevators anyway.. lol.. but we took the stairs alot. They worked great for when we did use it. It will be great when you all are done fixing it up. We would definitely go back here!

It was a good location. The people were very kind and friendly. They took care of us with everything we needed. We stayed a week.
