People smoking on other balconies so we couldn't sit outside or leave balcony door open to enjoy the fresh air.

My older sister in law slept in bedroom but she would hear the elevator alot with people using the luggage carts was very loud and annoying. I was told it had regular coffee maker but it did have a Kcup. But I went out in morning to Tom Thumb to get coffee. Heat went out on cold night. Was told they would contact me before entering. Don't think they had to enter. I was never told it was fixed until I went to office. No biggie. Miscommunication I guess. Will come back but get oceanfront. I slept on bottom bunk. It was ok.

Loved being on beach. Didn't realize it was on side of building but I could still see beach. Everything you need for cooking.

The only negative that I found was there was no pots and pans to cook with. There were utensils to use but no pots and pans. I bought groceries but majority of it went to waste because I could not cook.

How liked the view and how close it was to the beach! It was also really close to all the restaurants and entertainment. Close to Destin! I liked the set up in the condo!

lack of kitchen counter, very low bathroom sink, dishwasher not stable. fell out when we put plates etc… in it. was not anchored to th countertop. And, laundry soap not dishwasher soap in kitchen. Dud not run it for both reasons

The photos of our room shown a dishwasher a decent size fridge However, the dishwasher was removed as well as the bigger mini fridge and a very small fridge with no freezer was put where the dish washer was. This would have made it difficult to store drink and food if we had decided to do our own meals. Also, it shown a full patio furniture set to enjoy the patio on the beach but there was only 1 chair out on the patio. Other than that, the room was as expected.

Wonderful location on Okaloosa Island, almost secluded near the end of the Island away from the busier Destin & Ft. Walton beach areas but close enough to drive and enjoy the attractions and eating. Local restaurants up the road were great. We stayed in the Studio style apartment. It was perfect for just my husband and I and I could have made it work if we had our kids too! The bed was small for two adult but I can’t deny is comfort. I slept great! We didn’t use the kitchen much but it had everything you need to cook small, decent meals. The shower was great and water got super hot. there is a pool which is heated but a local who lives here said the heater went out last week and it hasn’t been fixed yet. It was below 60 degrees so it would have been more enjoyable to have it heated but at least it’s nice to know it could be! Has a neat little courtyard with shuffle board and corn hole. There is public beach access next to the condo but it didn’t seem to cause it be very busy. The view is absolutely gorgeous, and the time spent at the Islander I was very pleasant!

The refrigerator was way too small in our unit and the hot plate did not work. The furniture on the patio was broken which was a bummer. The elevator was a little rundown and one of the stairwell smelled like cat pee and the other one had vomit in it this is in the west building.

The location in proximity to the beach was great! The view was wonderful! The beaches were absolutely fabulous!

the only thing is the AC does not turn on when it’s cold outside so when we arrived it was 83° inside. we only had a box fan thankfully they had one.

A great ocean view and the place was really nice.
