Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was extremely noisy with constant parties going on. The pool was frigid and the hot tub couldn't keep a decent water level.
It was able to sleep five people at a cheaper price than anywhere else.

The bathroom needed work. and when we arrived no one was there we had to make a couple calls. They where there within 5 minutes. Very nice hotel.
location to everything was great. Our room view was nice even though it rained and was over cast we could still see the water and amusement park.

Room had very few electrical outlets, ac units were loud, bathroom needs updating/paint/etc. All blinds need replacing. Outdated as we expected from an older motel in Wildwood.
Location was great, nice pool, large rooms. We liked having tile floors and not carpet. Beds were very comfortable. The full size refrigerator was definitely a plus. The ladies in housekeeping were great, they made sure we had what we needed every single day!

The rooms needs brooms inside to sweep the sand out. The beds werent very clean felt sandy and gross.
It was in walking distance to ocean, pier and restaurants.

Needs updating! Wi-Fi was terrible!! Hardly no channels on the tv!! What you do have it’s fuzzy!

The ceiling had a really bad water stain in the bed room. It actually scared my grand child at night. I was disappointed that it was not painted over for the stay. It really cheapened the room quality. The door lock was not secured. I did not feel safe with the lock that was in need of replacement.

House keeping left the door unlocked every time she replaced the towels. No cleaning was done. She just came in and placed clean towels on the table and left. But when we came back to the room our door was always unlocked. What was the purpose of us locking it when we left?

This was my 3rd yr at this motel. Extremely disappointed. Bathroom and floors were filthy. I purchased my.own cleaning products. Secondly, children were unsupervised at pool and in hot tub, jumping from the top of hot into pool. Signs were posted no one under age of 18. Management was notified, but nothing was consistently reinforced.

Only one staff member managing everything. Kids unattended by parents or staff. Kids getting into the jacuzzi that clearly states only for adults over 18 and older. TVs were old. Bedsheets smelled like old. Barbecue utensils dirty.
Close to the boardwalk. The one staff member on duty tried his best to help and was nice.

Beds weren’t comfortable, hanging off the bed frame. Door to the room had cracks u could see light through, handle was loose. Pool needs a good clean and fixing. Elevator usually didn’t work so we always just used the stairs.

the cleanliness wasnt that great, the room needed to be swept and mopped and the toilet was dirty, also the table tops and tops of dresser needed to be sprayed and wiped

It was hot in the room, The AC did not work well. There were not enough towels. The cleaning staff did not come by at all. The water faucet was broken. The dresser drawers were all broken Balcony door was broken and wouldn't stay closed

The building is literally cracking in some areas. The elevator feels like it's in need of serious repair. Overall when people were on the third floor we could feel the floors blowing and it was a very unpleasant feeling. It wouldn't surprise me if the building doesn't collapse knowing what I know about buildings. The bed mattress was placed on a box without the box spring making the bed literally falling around it. It was very hard to sleep on them. Overall I would NOT stay here again. The parking was ok but I would not recommend bringing a truck on vacation like we did bc it was a tight squeeze and we all could only access one side. The pictures do not represent what is really going on. When your on the third floor look above the elevator for the cracking wall and trust me the crack is huge.
The accessibility to the beach and the three minute walk.
