There was a loud group of people staying at the far end from us. They didn't bother us much!

Good hot water with good pressure. Good clean comfy bed. Facility is old but a good value and the breakfast was nice.

We had a horrible experience. Me and my kids stayed here and there was a hole in our bathroom wall, water was lukewarm, beds were hard as a rock. We ended up leaving before our stay was over and getting a different hotel because there was a domestic violence situation in the room beside ours and my kids were terrified.

Dirty dirty room. Mold on shower curtain. Broken air/heat fixture, hair in my bed, and what looked like blood on my pillow, stains everywhere. My son's PJ'S were black on bottom from walking across the floor. Breakfast was basically out of anything good by 7:45 AM and they never replaced anything. I booked a double queen room and they weren't queen beds, they were doubles.

The building had a serious mold issue and was unbearable to be inside. The rooms were filthy. Unfortunately we had been driving all day and needed a place to rest before finishing our journey, and tried to stick it out because we were exhausted. We switched rooms after we found hair and stains on the bed sheets, and it looked like the beds had been used and not changed. The second room they moved my elderly mother and I to had what looked like fully made beds with a clean presentation, and less of a moldy smell. When I finally tried to head to bed I found a pubic hair under one of my pillows. Instead of switching rooms again we checked out, got back in the car, and I drove through the night without sleep. The property has refused to refund our stay, and I have opened a claim with corporate. I do not recommend this particular Red Roof Inn. I have had great experiences at other locations in the past, but this was beyond unacceptable.

We had a terrible time with this location, but the front desk staff and security guards were doing their best.

It wasn’t stated in the policy that for each additional pet there is a $25.00 fee. Tennessee doesn’t recognize marijuana whether medicinal or recreational legal, yet there was someone using it as we could smell it every time we had to walk past that room to take our pets for a walk. There is not a clean area for us to walk our pets. The area we walked them in was filled with a lot of trash that we watched where they were stepping to ensure that they didn’t step on broken glass or used needles.

We were lucky we didn’t get bed bugs. The comforters had burn holes & stains all over. The sheets were stained & had hair on them. The bathroom vanity had solidified toothpaste on it. We slept in our clothes. We would have left, but we had just driven 12 hours & had 7 more to go & needed to try & get some rest. We were lucky if we didn’t get a contact high from all the weed being smoked outside our room & was pouring into our rooms due to the large gaps in between the exterior door & the frame. We’re lucky bugs weren’t crawling in. We weren’t able to get rooms next to each other as requested, due to rooms that had non-functioning locking mechanisms (as detailed by the front desk worker upon check in). We were unable to sleep due to the non-stop activity outside our rooms. One room on the corner of the second floor (without a functioning lock or room #) looked like squatters were living there. It was freezing cold in one of our rooms because we couldn’t run the heater due to the loud screeching sound it emitted when we tried to turn it on. We could not get out fast enough as soon as the sun came up.

Absolutely nothing! This was bar-none my absolute worst experience at a motel. I say that as someone who is a frequent traveler.
