We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The tubs need updating, and there was no third floor ice machine.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Mrs Latoya at the front desk. Breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable.

I was disappointed the the breakfast had biscuits but no gravy.
The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The property was well maintained…..however, the swimming pool was a little green (even though we didn’t use it).

Bathroom definitely needs to be updated, tub painting was coming of. There was hair on bathroom floors and dust on top of the bathroom cabinets.

Shower area needs some work. Breakfast was okay. Fantastic biscuits but no knives to spread jelly/butter or cut the biscuits or waffles. Water in bathroom was rusty colt first turning it on but only a few seconds.
The beds were good. Nice shower. Nice television. Quiet. Breakfast provided. Traveling through good choice. Our 2nd stay here traveling

The only issue we had is that they charged an additional 100.00 for incidentals, yet on booking it says 25.00. And there isn't any where on the receipt that says the 100.00 will be returned. Receptionist stated she sId it would and that should suffice.

When we checked in, there was too much scent sprayed in the room. The eggs and sausages were completely gone 20 minutes before 9 a.m.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well - hairs in the shower and pink stuff on the sink. The door to the room was also really hard to get open.
For the price, this place was great. Decent breakfast and really comfy beds. 10 minute drive from downtown museums/restaurants.

I told the front desk that v there was hair in the floor, and there was no housekeeping on staff to sweep. I asked if I could get a broom and they v said the closet was locked. I bought a broom and swept.
Sausage and eggs… I’m a diabetic and most continental breakfasts don’t have protein..

The only issue I had was the tub. It looked like it hadn’t been worked on or clean, but other than that everything was great. There could have been more parking.
The property was in a good place, not to far from many things. Not the worst area in Jackson. It was fairly clean, the lobby and staff members were friendly.

The fact that the room I stayed in had a door that was damaged. It was very hard to open unless you literally shoved it hard and made a lot of noise in attempts to open.

Was not clean. Walked on carpet with socks on my feet. Bottom of socks turned black from carpet. Dried up soap in corner of tub. Dust on ledges above bed.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable.

The tub was rusted out the restroom overall wasn't really clean. The bed was sucked in on one side

Nothing, it was great. This is a non smoking hotel and I wish guests would respect that and not smoke in their rooms.

First, the gentlemen outside the front door smoking. That is all you smelled when you walked into the lobby. Also, the facility itself appears to be in desperate need of maintenance. There were several issues that were spotted that shouldn't have been if this facility has just recently been renovated. Example being stained and damaged pressed board under the sink in the room, as well as the tub stained. Plus, several places of past water damage were noticed throughout the facility with evidence of mold. The air conditioning unit in the room appeared to not be properly serviced as well. And the blue light out front was not a comforting sight. With a little bit of maintenance and TLC added, along with your awesome staff, you'd have an amazing facility.
