One of the staff was rude , the baseboards in the room were coming off the wall , the other “ tenants “ were arguing and fighting all morning very loudly & woke me up .

The male staff I dealt with was very nice , it was very reasonably priced and I was overall comfortable, it was Worth what was paid .

The bottom sheet on the bed was not fitted and wasn't big enough to tuck in on the sides or bottom. It kept leaving you exposed to the plastic cover on the mattress. Only one towel and wash cloth per person per day and although they were clean, they were also very thin and didn't dry very well. There was no security chain on the door and you could see daylight beside the door. Bed pillows were standard size on a king bed. Only two left a lot of empty space. Needed either king pillows or at least 4 standard size.

The room and bathroom were clean. No carpet was a plus. The renovated bath was nice.

Though it was a non smoking room, the smoke smell was intense. We had to use air fresheners. The king sized bed only came with two flat pillows and when I asked for two more, they were not available.

It was in a bad location. There was no interaction with any one when we were there. No one ever came to the room to see if we needed anything, we had to go ask for towels, and toilet paper. We were told then to put the used ones on the ground outside our door. We had to take out our own trash. We went and bought garbage bags because we had none to use. We got only 2 towels and two washcloths. There was no breakfast served. They had big parities on the weekends.

WE did like the size of the room. We were in the center of everything. We could reach Verginia beach in an hour and Cape Hatteras in 2 hours. James Town and the rest were within an hour.

The pillows not enough. The towels and the bed linen leaves a lot to be desired the sheets don't fit and you end up sleeping on plastic. Strange.

Flat stove top in rear counter not hooked up. No coffee maker. Bath towels really small and thin.

Easy to get to. Great location to use as base for adventures. Comfortable bed and pillows.

There was a lot of things wrong, the parking lot is very far away from the rooms. You had to walk to the rooms that all opened to a courtyard, many dark concealed places to walk to, the office was too far from the parking lot, the room was dirty, the floor was filthy with dead flies on the floor and A/C , the bathroom was very small only two really thin bath towels two wash cloths, no hand towels , this was the worse hotel I stayed in using Booking.com, also the bed spreads were stained and had burn holes in them.

The room had a full size refrigerator and a stove top, the beds were comfortable.

beds aren't very comfy, rooms smelled like stale cigarettes a little bit but if you just need a clean bed to rest your head for the night then it's really not the worst thing in the world

I asked for a non smoking room and upon entering my room it smelled of old cigarettes and smoke I told the front desk guy if I could switch rooms and he said there was no available but the whole hotel was so completely empty the room made my suitcase and all my clothes smell like cigarettes the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were nasty and stained with blood spots I couldn't tell if they were clean or not to be honest the hotel itself was dated and ran down in a bad part of town 0/10 would not recommend to any one else nor would I stay here again

The only plus was the kitchenet inside the room

As soon as I walked in the office I had a very unsettling feeling in my mind and stomach , i waited forever to get checked in because no staff was around had to ring bell 8 times plus the door makes a sound when you come in , when I got to the room my girlfriend and I were completely uncomfortable and disgusted , the walls around the door was black , the bed and sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in it and smelt like years off smoke on the bed and the whole room , the floor was not clean , I then go check the bathroom , there are spots were cigarettes were left on the sink the floor was gross , then what really got me cause I wanted was to eat and shower after the long day we had was , the SHOWER ! The shower has black lines at the bottom , and the curtain… disgusting it was black stains , dirt and red stains all over . I immediately went downstairs and asked if a refund was possible , she looked at my paper and told me after 6 I can not get my money back, and honestly I told her okay I don’t care if I can’t get it back I would like to check out , she said okay with an attitude , didn’t care to ask why or if everything was okay , nothing , as that whole check out proceed is happening , there is another man who was in an argument with them because his stuff was moved out of his room while he was gone ! I’m not a picky person or a person who has to have the nicest of everything but I don’t not recommend anyone stay there , it’s very disgusting , I wish I would’ve took pictures but I promise my word is valid , that place is not worth hard earned money !
