We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIt didn’t have a pool/ hot tub. And no microwave in our room even though it said our room came with a microwave on the website. We got checked in and wanted to warm up our left over lunch and there was no microwave. Needles to say we were both pretty disappointed.
It was downtown and very convenient for my boyfriend and I to just walk around downtown while we were waisting time before we had to go to an event.

United States of AmericaOnly 2 minor complaints: sliding bathroom door was noisy. not more than expected and maybe unavoidable in physical space. Restaurant was closed (like many others) on Sunday evening. We did find a good nearby resto w/ outdoor seating, so it worked out.
