Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaBathroom was not cleaned properly when we arrived. There were a lot of hairs in the shower and on the wall.. Also I would recommend getting extra pool beds since the 4 beds were occupied all the time by other guests
Great rooms, very big with a lot of amenities including kitchenette. Bed was very big and soft. Main lobby had snacks, coffee, beverages which was great

United KingdomThere wasn't really anything I didn't like, but if I had to nit-pick, I'd say It's a tiny bit removed from the main part of downtown - just a little bit too far to walk in the desert heat for me personally - but nothing a $7 uber can't help with.
Jazz Hotel is a gorgeous little gem of a hotel. Our room was spacious, well equipped and very comfy. The pool area is lovely and our room had it's own private patio out back. Staff were friendly and checkin/check out was incredibly simple. The attention to detail put into this property is excellent. We would absolutely stay here again.

United States of AmericaEverything was excellent, only issue we had was there were no towels for us at the pool on our first day which is minor.
The pool the room the amenities and ambiance. We’ve stayed at several boutiques in Palm Springs from the Yara, Ingleside Inn the Villa Royals and V to name a few and rank the Jazz right up there on top.

United States of AmericaWe really enjoyed our stay at the jazz hotel for three nights. The rooms were very spacious and recently renovated in a very cute style. Having a small kitchen area, made it even more comfortable to pop in for a drink in between laying by the beautiful pool area. The owner Annick couldn’t have been more accommodating to make sure we enjoyed our stay!

AustraliaThis is a relatively new hotel open 4 months there are some teething problems with the internet in our room. I am sure they will be resolved given the owners dedication to making all the details right.
The common facilities that allowed breakfast preparation were great. There was a generous supply of tea, coffee and snacks. We made our breakfast and had it by the pool.

FranceWe loved everything about this boutique hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, decorated with a lot of taste and spotless. The area around the pool is an ideal bonus to have in Palm Springs during the hot days or even less hot as the pool is at the perfect temperature. Special mention to the hot tub, the lounge where you have a 5 stars kitchen with fruits, coffee, tea, yogurt and to the bike that you can borrow for a stroll around downtown. Definitely a MUST 🥰

CanadaThe pictures of this property are good, but not as good as real life! The room was spacious and had a Keurig, kettle and fridge area separate. The back patio was nice, but the common area was beautiful. The pool is cozy when others are out, but morning coffee around the pool was so relaxing. Not mentioned, is that there is a little lounge room, where there is nespresso, nugget ice and lots of little details that were a pleasant surprise. They also had bikes, not sure if you had to pay to rent them or not but again, convenient surprise. This was my first time staying at a small boutique hotel vs airbnb or large hotel chain in the PS area, I would absolutely book here again for a no kids get away!

United States of AmericaMy only comment is since the pool is in the middle of a square made up of the guest rooms, pool goers’ sound reverberates and can get loud. Sadly for me there was a guy with a laptop both mornings taking meetings on his headset which made lounging by the pool impossible. I found some peace in the corner by the hot tub. No fault of the property - some people just have no situational awareness.
Super clean, fresh, roomy & safe. Little touches like fresh flowers in my room, a lounge with coffee, tea and snacks. Outer property door locks which makes me comfortable as a solo female traveler. Walked to lunch and close to everything. The owner/staff were super accommodating and kind.
