The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful. The beds were amazing. Everything was clean and quiet. The mini fridge in the room was stocked with soda and drinks and complimentary. I can’t say enough.

I didn't like how the pool and fire pit closed at dusk. I think the pool should be open later.

I loved how the fridge was stocked with complementary sodas, juice and water. The swings and benches overlooking the ocean were great and relaxing.

The only thing for me was that I have long hair and the water pressure and or the shower head wasn't enough to wash my hair. Absolutely not a negative, just an observation.

The rooms were very clean. The mini fridge had complimentary water, juice, and soda. Champagne at check-in. The view was amazing, and the property was so peaceful and quiet.

The weather….just unlucky to be there during a storm…

Very friendly welcome and check in and a welcome drink. Lovely setting (despite the very heavy rain and wind which prevented us from making the most of the grounds and pool). Loved the room which was a standard king room. Huge beds, very clean and roomy. Lovely open plan bathroom area. Fridge , coffee and tea facilities. Open plan balcony , but very quiet during our stay so it felt more private. Hotel situated by the sea, lovely walk along a mostly deserted beach. Hotel provides bike rental which we took advantage of and rode down to Driftwood Beach on safe cycle path , an absolute ‘must visit’ if you’re in the area. Jekyll island is a remote location and ideal for a relaxed break, no busy shopping or town location, but a lovely place to drive or cycle round. A few restaurants located around the island, but not really within walking distance apart from the Beach House restaurant next door. Preferred the Red Bug Motor's Pizza restaurant a little drive away…small, basic but very good pizza.

I love everything… and will be back!!!

Walking distance from the beach. Lots of areas to walk w/ you pet. They have a restaurant and food was good. Love that there were lots of well behaved dogs. Very friendly place. Loved that you had free good coffee and goodies to drink (non-alcholic) from the room fridge.

I did not like that the mattresses did not have bed bug covers. It’s 2024, all hotels should have bed bug mattress covers.

No real character the the place. Functional more than stunning.

Sea view. Pool. The island is full of interesting and quirky things. Driftwood Beach. The Old Plantation. We really enjoyed the Wharf for food in the evenings.

Quality, small hotel with excellent location and facilities. Parking always close room and room management was excellent, clean and daily. Very nice swimming pool and seating facilities to enjoy the location and tranquility. Need to review social and food as restaurant next door was not the best, but last time here, it was good. Plenty of options on the island to a very good quality. Excellent location for exploring the island with reception ensuring details of island available. Greatly enjoyed the visit.

They have a restaurant next-door that they own and that’s the place to go for breakfast, but it was a buffet. It was cold when I said something that it was cold. The waitress gave me a hard time and it was $14 and a glass of coffee was another four dollars For an inedible meal served by rude people

William, who checked me in was awesome and it is acquaint small property has a beautiful pool but it’s not needed and it is right on the beach so that is very nice

Absolutely beautiful property! Well kept gardens and pool. Beautiful grounds with fun tree swings to look at the ocean. 5 minutes from driftwood beach. Quiet side of the island, not next to all the chain hotels on the other end. Clean cute room. Pet friendly! We didn’t want to leave!

The breakfast next door was overpriced and what you usually get for free at many chain hotels. Walls are a bit thin- could hear neighbors.

Not one thing!!

Amenities were exceptional. Loved the large gas fire pit and swings. Perfectly situated on the oceanfront and at the bike path. Pool was beautiful. The staff treated you like you were guests at a luxury hotel. There was nothing negative to say about our stay at beach club hotel. It was our first stay but definitely not our last. We would highly recommend this gem of a hotel.
