Considering traveling with family. the Sofa bed was not very comfortable and while a double in size you would both roll to middle. No teabags or other hot beverage related items in room items one would normally expect. There as only two sachets of coffee for the machine. The "Airbnb" style approach to servicing the room may not be good for some people (pay for servicing), given the price I wouldn't have expected this.

Great Staff, Good location. Facility easy to get around. Room was well equipped. Wifi Easy to access and performant. Good view from room. Ice machine accessible on the level.

Mountain view means looking at the airport. With planes departing every five minutes, it can get pretty noisy.

There was hair on the floor in the restroom and also the shower was plug up, after being in there for 5 mins.

I didnt eat the breakfast, went to bed late with my family, due to shower problems, flooding.

Last night, I couldn't park at the Jet. I was asking to drive to the MGM parking lot. Although they did give me a free parking voucher. I had to walk back to the Jet with my family at night.

Slow drainage of sinks and shower in bathroom. No housekeeping for the 5 nights but this was highlighted in description of reservation- would be handy to have bins emptied

Really handy location. Connected to MGM Grand by corridor. Great view of the Sphere by night. Nice to have kitchenette. Good sized apartment.

However our first night I left the do not disturb button on cause needed to catch up sleep. Then turned the housekeeping request on for the remainder of stay and not once did house keeping show up. Even called the management Co to request and still no one

There are no handle bars to get out of the jetted tub so you have to be careful of getting out and our shower handle bar to open the shower door was loose. Confused about the old t.v. in the bathroom. What's the purpose of it? It's not loud enough to hear if you're in the shower or using the jetted tub and the quality is 480 at best. Definitely an early 2000's model of t.v.

The staff were amazing. They were quick and friendly when tending to our needs. The space itself was large enough for my family of 4. It was very clean and the beds were comfy to the point where I didn't wake up sore. Lobby is open 24/7 so late check ins are accepted.

I did'nt like that there were so many flaws as listed Kitchen sink stopped up Door to the balcony would not lock Shower door in bathroom near the kitchen was open approx. 6 in and would not close Sofa bed frame and mattress sticking out approx. 24 -30 inches First sink has a broken lever Furniture could do with cleaning Found what we thought was a camera to learn it was part of a remote to let the TV up and down There were only 2 16 oz. cups Little coffee cups 4-5oz.

The location was to far from the strip. Taking taxis became a bit much us. However I did enjoy watching the planes take off and land. Always enjoy jet tub.

There were red stains on the couch, I just didn’t sit near it but definitely not a fan of that.

I loved the location. It was close enough to walk but a decent distance where you’re not in the middle of the stip.

While close to F1 main grandstands (4 blocks by distance), the streets around it were shut down and security posted so that you could not walk through parking lots of another hotel to get to grandstand. Required a 20-30 minute loop to get somewhere that should have taken 5 minutes. Really a problem for any hotel besides Virgin Curio. The hotel. Good value. Our room fine. Furniture dated. Our friends room was very worn down. But bathrooms were clean, sheets were clean and appreciated having pull out couch as a 2nd bed.

The kitchen supplies were lacking. Need better mugs (two very small plastic, one small ceramic) and drinking glasses (only one!) and perhaps some tea towels for drying dishes so don't have to use bath towels.

Location was good, amenities (gym) good, clean, quiet (not noise from airport or traffic). Owner happened to be next door and went out of his way to give us updated information about active shooter situation.
