The end tables by the bed and small dresser in the sitting area were in need of replacement ( very scratched up and water damage). The dial on the fridge was stripped so I had to figure it out on how to get it cold. The cabinetry below the kitchen sink needs to be replaced. It was falling apart and had a lot of water damage. I called the maintenance and they came quickly. I didn't realize that the maintenance is limited due to the unit being privately owned. They did their best to attach the door. They also tightened the shower stall doors handle. Also I don't like it the the pools close by 7:00 pm.

I liked the size of the bathroom, the big spa bath and separate shower and toilet stalls. The mini kitchen was nice and the ceiling to floor window. The speed of maintenance. The pools were really nice and access to MGM pools and lazy river were great. Also the bellman and valet people were great.

Jet Luxury is a hotel that’s operated separately to the Signature Hotel. There was some confusion when our booking was cancelled without notice by Jet Luxury, despite us already having paid. Luckily, the Signature Hotel staff were able to contact Jet Luxury for us and have it resolved.

Large room with a large comfortable bed and kitchenette. Was easy to get to the Strip via MGM. Guests could use the hotel pool, as well as the MGM pools.

The room and bathroom are spotless but I sanitized the jacuzzi by running filling it up and putting some soap in there and letting it drain before I actually get in- straight hairs and some debris was found.

Very spacious room, fully stocked kitchen with equipment and utensils, the jacuzzi is strong (adjustable jet strength) and the water is as hot as you like it.

Not allowed to park our vehicle on the Signature property our 2nd night due to "excess owner parking". (Say what?) Security instructed us to park at the MGM parking structure and walk to our tower through the MGM-to-Signature walkway - about a mile. The term "guest" - paying the owners rates/expenses thru rental fees - should not indicate lower priority IMHO.

Good value for the price and an excellent/convenient location. The property is clean and well-maintained. Signature staff were all very friendly and courteous.

The only downside is that the property adjacent to the signature with the pool blasts music from around 8 am through the afternoon. On the 18th floor it was still audible. This really isn't the fault of Signature or Jet Luxury, but I do hope they can work with their neighbor to tone things down. I suspect this is a spring break thing as this isn't usually a problem.

I frequently stay in the MGM Signature through Jet Luxury - several times a year. In a few recent visits I noted that the carpets were stained and in need of cleaning. Happy to say that on this stay the carpets were spotless. Its also nice that Jet Luxury provides a fully stocked kitchen (great for those nights when I want to just want to eat in, or have leftovers) and also provides a few bottles of water and coffee bags. My colleagues who stayed at Treasure Island were griping about hidden fees...and no bottled water or coffee in the room.
