The parking garage was difficult to get in and out of it would not accept my code and the staff was very rude. They were not helpful and using the keypad or the parking garage in any way at all. Kind of disappointing since that's the first and last people you see representing your property other than that this day was magnificent.

The TV was not working....couldn't get anything to come in. I called the 24 hr. help number & all they could tell was that it may have been a Spectrum issue. They told me to mention it in my follow-up survey to see if I could get a small discount off the total charge for my one night...we had hoped to watch a good movie after being at the beach & shopping but weren't able to get anything at all, even news, to come on. We did have some teenagers run down screaming & banging on our doors about 10 p.m. also. It didn't continue. I would add a floor length mirror to the closet door. Also make sure there are CAFFEINATED coffee pods...there were only 2 decaf pods. Thanks

The location was perfect...this is my 3rd or 4th stay there. Great for brach access & shops, etc.

The tile floors appeared clean, but everyone had black feet from walking barefoot I think the cleaning was done with something like a stiffer, no water to actually pick up the dirt just moved it around It needs a mop and bucket wash! Otherwise everything was clean. Dishwasher does not work in 307

We were in a condo No idea there was a breakfast anywhere. VFW was excellent.

Noisy throughout the night as if they're dragging heavy equipment. Every night! Wakes you up everytime!! Floors were not clean and stuff under beds..

The only downside was no pool. However, the beach and all other vacation amenities within such a short walk is worth it.

The location was great - near the beach and a great tourist shopping and entertainment area. Watched the dolphins several times a day.

The WiFi was slow, our dishwasher didn't work, and I would have liked to have cleaning sponges and a couple of more dish towels and drinking cups. It would have been nice to have beach towels as well. I would recommend bringing in solo drinking cups, a wagon for walks to the beach and beach towels for future guests. Other than that, we had a very delightful stay.

The location was absolutely wonderful. We rented the 3 bedroom apartment and were right on the Boardwalk, across from the Pirate ship. The beach was a 7 minute walk and there were shops and restaurants galore, including Bubba Gump, Boardwalk Grille, and Pirate Pub and Grub. The unit was very spacious, new and clean. It has all tile floors, a full service kitchen, with huge fridge, stove/oven, garbage disposal and sink. There is also a large pantry, and a front load washer and dryer for those wet beach towels! There is a small terrace off of the master bedroom with spectacular marina views. The bedrooms are spaced apart, with 2 double beds in the front bedroom, a queen in the middle bedroom and a king bed in the master. There is also a den with a lull out sofa bed. The middle bathroom has both a tub and a shower, which was nice for my small son. Comfy sofa, Fire TVs in each room. There is also assigned parking in the garage and a convenient elevator. I didn't have interior pics, but you won't be disappointed.

Room should have been thoroughly cleaned. Found a large unidentified stain on the floor that could have been cleaned easily by a cleaner with pride in their work. Under the bed, looked like it hasn't been cleaned in something. I don't consider myself a complainer but understand the importance of having a safe clean environment for people to use.

Location too close to Trash trucks early in AM. No toilet seat cover to sit on in Bathroom. No hand grips in shower to stabilize for older occupants.No stopper in bathroom sink to keep water in basin.No written directions to show operation of AC & Heat controls.

The air conditioner was noisy and didn't sound like it was working properly. NO water pressure in the shower.

Located next to restaurant row made for a noisy morning after with trash pick-up and commercial deliveries.

While no water view, room was a nicely located in charming Johns Pass Village, a waterfront shopping, eating, and watersports mecca with a bustling dock situated on an inlet between the gulf and intercoastal. Drawbridge at inlet was quaint and it was a short walk to everything, including the beach. Room was upscale and new. Nice-sized with a stylish bathroom. For the time of season we got a great room rate.
