Unfortunately, the bathroom needed attention. I don't believe the toilet was cleaned at all. Finding other people's down-there-hair is never fun. I kept waking up to the smell of cigarettes. I don't know where it was coming from, but the smell was strong. The walls are super thin. You are going to hear the people next door. I'm not sure why they group everyone all in one spot, but I had a loud neighbors so that was a bummer.

The lady at the front desk was great. The room was simple and comfy. The view was amazing. The sauna was relaxing. The location was very convenient and easy to get to.

No elevator honestly my only complaint.

King bed wasn't too soft was super comfy. The room was large and seemed to be recently renovated. Bathroom shower was great. Had a balcony facing the water. Excellent value for the money. Would stay here again if in the area.

The only thing that stood out as a negative was the carpet needed to be cleaned. It looked like the guests before us had muddy feet. There wasn’t time to steam clean the carpets. Other than a few stains not a big deal.

The Facility was very quiet and located right on the river. The only issue we had was we couldn’t find a beach to walk on at this facility. That did not mean there wasn’t access just couldn’t find it. We had a great visit at Jots Resort and would definitely stay again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we called down to front desk to ask when check-out was she offered an extra hour if we needed it. Awesome Place to Unwind and Relax. Would Recommend to Friends & Family.

Stayed on the newer side of the hotel, 3rd floor. Had a great view of the river off of our balcony and very spacious room/bathroom. When we pulled up, our hearts sunk a little because the exterior of the place is pretty rough, but the inside was just what we had hoped for. Would definitely stay there again

It was a bit funkier then what we were hoping for. We have to get over the fact that motels are no longer less expensive. It's really a place for those that love the idea of docking your boat at the motel and can easily walk out and take off up or down the river.

We loved that it was on the Rogue River. It was fun watching all the boats and fisherman fishing for Salmon. We walked across the street to a restaurant for dinner which turned out to be good. The women at the desk were so friendly and helpful.

the price was high, the hot tub water was hot but didn’t work, it was kind of difficult to drive boat around the parking lot

It was right on the river with a boat launch which made getting in the water easier

They are still renovating the buildings, there's dated furniture in the lobby. The whole place is clean but humble. The price was double what it was last year.

The room had a kitchenette with everything I needed to cook small meals. A new fridge, freezer, microwave, and cook top. The room is river front so the view was lovely and included the ocean but was quite. And there was a firework show on the 4th of July over the river so we all had front row seats from the balcony. Awesome.

The AC leaked and the room had a bit of an odor as a result.

Location and view, balcony, price. The resort is obviously undergoing renovations, the bottom floor appeared to be totally boarded over. Our room on the second floor looked to be recently renovated, new paint, new furnishings. The room was clean. This was a good value for the price paid.
