Water pressure needs improvement and shower stall cramped. Biggest complaint is there is not adequate parking for boat. When the dock is open its not a problem.

If there’s anything I’d have to say negative, coffee in room was meh.

View was awesome. Loved having a covered balcony. Room was simple but large and bed was super comfy. All amenities I needed were here. Restaurant across the street offered the best cheeseburger I think I’ve ever eaten.

The sound proofing could be improved. Could hear conversations from next door rooms and walking noises from overhead room.

Location was perfect, but they weren't serving breakfast when I was there. Had to go across the street to a restaurant. Room was clean.

Be able to walk out to the grass and water from the back balconies. I understand the issue with ADA and safety, but that would have made this stay even more enjoyable. The room was VERY clean and organized and staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Clean facility with excellent staff for needs or to answer questions. Everyone was very kind and the place was extremely well cleaned. Gorgeous views, but the hotel is aged, but comfortable for the price.

The shower wasn't clean and the bathroom door was extremely hard to get to latch closed. Other than that it was a great room..

There was only one restaurant across the street. For more choices, one has to drive into the town for an evening meal. A good option is to bring your own food for dinner and breakfast and use their fridge and microwave. All good.

A lovely place along the Rogue River on the outskirts of Gold Beach. The view was enchanting even on a cold, rainy afternoon. There was a small outdoor patio which would have been perfect to relax on a warm, sunny afternoon. The indoor hot tub in a separate building was a welcome bonus. Lots of handy parking. The room was spacious and very clean.

The rooms look like they have been renovated which is nice but it was still definitely an older building. Could hear people people closing doors and walking outside the room but was able to still sleep well.

The view from our room was great. It was a nice and quiet area as it was also pretty easy to get to. Room was clean✅

Extra care could be taken in cleaning details - the corners/behind doors areas were pretty grubby, and soap from the previous guest was left in the shower.

The room we stayed in was massive! Also all the rooms have a view of the river which was great. I read so many horrible reviews about the carpet, but honestly didn’t think it was bad at all in our room. There was lots of parking for our truck and trailer, convenient laundry, and very pet friendly. It looked like there were ongoing reno’s as well, which is exciting for the property.

Older property, so no elevator. The registrar DID change our room from the third to the second floor. That was the only negative.

The price and the location were wonderful. The room had been updated and the bed was comfortable. All was clean and the proximity to the Rogue River was fabulous.

I got 3 email notifications in the middle of the night. 1:20 am 1:27 am 1:42 am The only notifications I should get in the middle of the night are from work, if they're broke down. Multiple notifications between 1 and 2 in the morning are quite inconsiderate. People are trying to sleep. Try 9-5. Like normal business hours.

Normally, I stay in Port Orford, but there's more options for dining in Gold Beach. The view was nice. I'll stay there again if I don't get "thank you" and "how was your stay" notifications in the middle of the night.

Terrific location on the river. Awesome restaurant across the street with nice bar and great food. Check in open 24 hrs. Rooms have a sliding door out to their own patio or balcony with 2 nice chairs and a river view. No a/c but oscillating fan attached to wall. Huge flat screen tv. Comfortable beds and pillows. Older carpet and bathroom but still great.

Room could have been cleaner, many stains on carpet and I found hair from shaving around the sink. Better don't look too close.

Great River View, comfy bed, huge TV. And the restaurant was great!
